Total kitne gulab jamun banay ye b tou batain..i know serving size pe depend karta ha lakin apne jis size k banae osme kitne banay..ye zaruri ha takay hum banane se phle patahu k recipe kam karni ha ya double depending on num of gulab jamun

ASALAM O ALECUM Saadat Bhai ..thank you for sharing gulab jamun recipe I tried it successfully but only problem I have faced was when I took gulab jamun out from oil and dipped them in sheera they started shrinking end up as dented gulab jamun from one side. What do you think where I made a mistake ( they were well rounded until in oil).otherwise they test really well like professionally made. Thank you
I think sheera was too hot, just like warm sheera
