আপু, ইংরেজিতে লিখলে ভালো হতো যেহেতু উনি বুঝতে পারতেন। আর বাংলায় লিখলে দেশী ছাড়া অন্য কেউ বুঝবে না। যেহেতু আফযাল ভাইকে খুব কম বাঙালিরাই হয়তো চিনেন বা ফলো করেন।

উনি আজ থেকে ২ বছর আগেও ডালডা ঘি দিয়ে এই রেসিপি শেয়ার করেছিলেন, কিন্তু সমস্যা হচ্ছে এই রেসিপির মেইন উপকরণ হাফক্রিম পাউডার, সেই জিনিসটা আমি জোগাড় করতে পারিনি 🤦‍♀️যার কারণে এই রেসিপি আমার ট্রাই করা হয়নি।আর যেকোনো দেশের ভাষা ই উনি ইউটিউব থেকে ট্রাসলেট করে বুঝতে পারবেন 🙂

I have a concern, to me the butter looks too much in quantity for this recipe, do you agree, but I will give it a try. We have a skim milk powder and hat we get here not like nido but another version used in baking as well for other purposes as it’s not full fat milk powder. Any recommendations
