I am currently studying for my CCNA to become a Network Engineer and I enjoy posting videos as a fun challenge to keep me focused and inspired about network engineering! Let me know if you are doing any other IT Certification challenge! let me know what technology certifications you are doing in general! The more Networking Certifications, the better!
Feel free to contact me on Twitter @NetworkBret and let's Network about Networking!

It all depends honestly. I think if you just google most common help desk questions that is a great place to start.
Also dont be afraid to bomb!! Interviewing is hard and it might take quite a few to get a job, just dont sweat it and keep applying!! It doesnt matter how many interviews you do as long as you get the job eventually.

Thanks a lot Sir for this video is very helpful... I will be starting applying as soon as possible...I have been asking myself questions regarding Certifications, as I Failed N 10-008 twice, however I got a strong knowledge of Windows OS, MacOs and Network Basics...

Never hurts to apply while you study! Might be able to land something before that way you can get experience while studying.
