I think a bunch of people watched Gasmasks run where he used this gun with 98 different handicaps and assumed it just sucked and that's why his run was difficult. Little did they realize using almost nothing to buff it and using a fire weapon on armored enemies with no slag in OP10 made it less than optimal 🤔 Also as an edit: This gun benefits from rocket launcher swapping meaning that it can take the damage from an Ahab or Nukem to one shot most enemies. It only works where the teeth converge and is especially good on Axton, Krieg, and Sal :)
@ I’m not 100% sure, Lootlemon says it depends on whether or not the initial gun damage hit does the kill or the actual grenade splash damage. So sounds like only sometimes Ill try to check later when I can
@@pyranitar so from my testing, it usually does not activate Bloodbath unfortunately Edit: MrTx01 knows Krieg a lot better than me, so I would defer to what he says. Sounds like if you can consistently manage to kill enemies by making the pellets converge, it should proc. That may be easier said than done, will probably depend on the player/have a learning curve

In the meantime the Morningstar glitch is the simplest, easiest way to beat most raids if you don’t care about using glitches (Man of Low Moral Fiber has a video on this called “game breaking sniper glitches” or something)
Good video my dude. Definitely I weapon I have not played around with much. Axton is my 3rd favourite VH loved that you showcased what he can do. Another point with velocity I think it’s highly underrated. The skill is not great with those split pellets and hurts it but for many many guns it is so much better. That bullet speed is a accuracy boost for shot guns the faster the bullets get to the enemy the tighter the spread.
@ axton is great and I am so happy seeing him get the love he deserves by the recent borderlands community. Velocity is really good for many builds. I think people get confused over the years how it effects those bullet splitting guns. I don’t use the skill on my main zero sniper build as I use the pimpernel and would not recommend people to use the skill using that gun. It’s really does effect how good the gun can be on Zero. But for many guns it really helps. Hell you don’t need a flying sandhawk if you put points in velocity making Zero the only character who doesn’t need that specific prefix for that weapon.
@ yea that’s the biggest problem with Vel0city, the negative synergy with stuff like the Pimpernel. But like you said it’s great for stuff like the Sandhawk and Stalker
1 ammo for 12 pellets (14 with vertical grip) sounds good, just a bit of a learning curve. I know the Storm is bad, but I like it. The Beatdown is difficult, but if you know what you're doing and maybe have a good build, it can be quite easy There just needs to be more cover in Terra's arena. Resourceful is good! Witch Doctors can be annoying. The Teeth of Terra has grenade splash when the projectiles converge. The reason it feels like Grit procs more than 20% of the time is because if you're surrounded by enemies who are all shooting at you, that's a lot of potential sources of lethal damage, more so if they are using multi pellet weapons like shotguns.

I have a perfect one but never really tested it out Resourceful defenders unite 🗿 And that makes sense about Grit, I noticed in Doggebai’s Voracidous kill with Axton it would proc dozens of times on certain attacks (he had it boosted to like 10 or 11 points I think)
All of Terra's unique loot save for the Slayer COMs suffer from being ridiculously rare, which turn people off from trying to get them. Don't know why Gearbox thought it was a good idea to give raid bosses 2.86% drops for loot.
The teeth is a great weapon that I wish you could get a lot easier. If they made it so terra guaranteed dropped a com and also one of the other uniques the farming would be so much easier. It would work perfectly too because of the amount of drops. The heads, the hide, the teeth, the blood, the breath, the pitchfork. There are so many. That being said, I do prefer other bandit shotguns like the three dog and sledges. They are satisfying to use and they do a great amount of damage. Great video as always, I give it a 3 piece and a soda and chimeras favorite part was at 11:34 🥸
Yea, I think the Dragons are basically the ideal way to design a raid boss in a lot of ways. They’re tough but you’re guaranteed to get a good drop, eridium, seraph crystals, all the chests And sounds like Chimera is a man of fine tastes! 🍷
I think there are no bad weapons in the game because not everything should be suitable for every character and every build.Ultimately what's the point of playing if you kill everyone with one hit and don't get any pleasure from it .When I first started playing BL2, I watched all sorts of guides and videos and thought that non-unique weapons in the game were complete crap. But over time I began to understand that the game has a lot of great weapons that are fun to shoot.
@@Cool_Cake215 I agree with that. At least on the highest difficulty, you should have to synergize a bit to get great results And almost anything can work when built around. I used the Unforgiven in my pistol Zer0 video. Mrtx01 has used the Wanderlust successfully on Krieg I’m also gonna do some exclusive non unique builds down the road
@@GarnetAnarchist3 Yes, I completely agree and I also like the submachine gun that can be obtained during the clan war quest line. Which puts a slag on the player. Like high risks high rewards. And I just like the kiss of death that Miss Moxie gives in one of the quests.
It's very underrated! Unfortunately it only drops from Terramorphous at a 2.86% rate, so there are other shotguns that are better and easier to get, such as the Jolly Roger. Might make a video on it but I think people mostly know it's good
