Very Very useful. We use free hand excercises as Sheetilikarana Vyayama before we do any yogasana. I teach these to my yoga students. The last one is called the Sethu Bhandha or bridge. Adding 1KG (2 pounds) is an excellent touch. I will include that in the future. Hope people are making use of your advise. What a great service you are doing to the society!
