I am a Bengalee.. Fish Paturi is our tradisional dish. We make this dish from " Ilish or Bhetki fish" . It's taste just outstanding 👌
Dear chef Thank you so much for sharing the wonderful dish in your style. Lots of love from Kolkata. 💝💝
Thank you, Mousumi. :)
Just because of ranveer brar... I came here 💃
He has successfully squeezed us from ourselves through his skills, touched the Acme in this recipie🙏🏼
Thanks for the recipe... only one thing we Bongs usually take it with simple steamed rice... not Govindavog... We would love to see you showing another famous Bengali item Fish Kachauri (Macher Kachuri)...
I would certainly recommend doing the paturi with bhetki fish rather than rohu ... Great recipe.. loved it
Thank you, Soumalya. :)
Love you so much Ranveef Sir. You passion for food is truly heartwarming

Being from Konkan, I have not developed the taste for fresh water fish; is there something that I should do to develop the taste?
All the best 👍👍👐👐
Thank you :)
We don't get Banana leaves in the USA easily, can we use aluminium foil instead of Banana leaves???
No we do get now a day at all Indian grocery or Chinese stores
Helo ji helo helo
For Bengali fish preparations please add a little bit more turmeric powder for the look, taste, salmonella infection. For Ruhu fish please get 3/4kg fish for the perfect taste. Paturi and Panch foron dont go together. Incorrect seasoning spoils the taste completely .You are such a great cook but your Bengali dishes are not up to the mark. I need to invite you to our house in the US for real Bengali food feast Please do something can not watch incorrect recipes. Check the videos from Bong Eats for confusion if necessary, they are quite good.
SIR PLSS ONLY HINDI. PLSSS....PLSSSSSS....... PLSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS.
Sir I am a great fan of your cooking. Most of your recipes I blindly follow to give an awesome dish. But whenever it comes to something from Bengal I am a bit disheartened. Is it that you share your a fusion form of your recipes as they are not our authentic Bengali recipes. We Bengalis will never have a bones rohu in our paturi. We love par boiled rice with our fish and not gobindobhog. There are many such points in this recipe I am not pointing them all.
Name it Bliss of Bengal
