The only places, which I can say stand a chance against Lucknow are Hyderabad and Benaras (in their own different ways) of course I haven’t visited every place in India.
As another Lakhnavi I'd say nihari of Lucknow and Delhi are just two very different dishes. They don't taste the same and have their own charm. One with the flaky kulchas and the other with the khamiri roti.
