- Michigan football has completed its on-field staff (again) with the hire of defensive line coach Lou Esposito, who comes via his alma mater (Memphis) after spending seven years on staff at Western Michigan. We get into what he brings to the table as well as one key point that 80% of the assistant coaches have that should make a big impact.
Then, Ohio State fans continue to prove they're smooth-brained smarty-pants types as they try to rail on a quote from Will Johnson to make it seem like the Wolverines are skirting the rules NOT using NIL and the transfer portal as intended and as is legal.

I give Sherrone respect for the being part of the Wolverine Renaissance. His OLine mentality, the Ravens scheme and Harbaugh overseeing development all came together. The Offense and Defense will stay tough as nails, if the development of players continues this era will continue. I like how Coach Moore’s staff was assembled on the fly and kept the core players together. Once the QB situation is settled we will be nasty. #HAIL〽️

Davenport University is a Division 2 University in the GLIAC. The same conference as Wayne State, Grand Valley State, Saginaw Valley State, Northern Michigan, Ferris State, etc.

Let's not fool ourselves. This new coaching staff is nowhere near as good as the staff Michigan had these past two years. There's a reason most of last year's staff is coaching in the NFL. I just hope that the new staff are able to elevate themselves, and the players they coach. Hiring a division 2 football coach for a school like Michigan is disappointing. Will they be able to develop players like the prior staff had? Doubtful.

@@newfdog9602 Wrong.Harbaugh was in charge 24 hours a day every day except for a few hours on Saturday. Moore's job was to follow Harbaugh's game plan. He only had to decide whether or not to go for it on 4th down.

Every time I hear Hole and the beat praise Moore's hires like they're the coaching Avengers I wonder if any top 5 team or national championship contender would trade someone on their staff for who we got.
