Did the previous owner try to get the bike started or at least figure out why it stopped running? Does the bike and gauges power up? How much does a non-running 1st Gen Busa usually cost? Why are you putting me fairings on? Are the ones on it damaged? I have a 2000 Honda CBR 929 with 77k miles. It's been on my Bursig stand for over a year and needs an overhaul. I've been a fan of the 1st Gen Busa and i think it's the best looking one. I really like seeing them turboed. I'll continue watching to see what you do with yours 😎
You could drill out the rivets and remove the fender that way and reattach them with rivets on your new fender. I drilled them out and saved them to reinstall on my new fender.

Is there any way to do it without taking the front tire off the get the clip to get pass the arms and re use the clip for the new fearings?
