- Here's a video of me running sub 11 in training. The time was 10.91. The goal is to run 10.8 in my meet on July 10th, stay tuned for that.

To be honest, I had a pretty bad track season this year with a strain injury never going away and I couldn't run my fullest. But seeing this made me think about why I wanted to keep going regardless of any injury I sustained.

No look at bolt’s start, starts are meant to have lateral motion and not just straight through so your fine
Where did your 40 yard end up? I saw the vid and saw a stop watch 4.51 with "phone camera 4.67"... That was a little over 2 months ago. Sweet on the 10.91. You do look that fast and faster, no doubt for the 10.8 if you stay on track.

great job man, looking strong. it almost looked like you slowed down ever so slightly at the very end I bet you can do 10.8 or even just a lean will get you close

whats your max squat and power clean
Most ive hit on clean is 215 or 220 I think, I’ve hit 315 on squat before for reps. It sucks tho cause I had a back injury so I kinda have to chill off maxing and heavy weight training
