    I'm just a guy who recently had/has some inguinal lymph and leg swelling due to cellulitis from a spider bite.
    I've always been in great shape my whole life (60 now), but when this happened I knew that there was an area of my life/body that needed attention. I watched my mom suffer with horrible lymphedema before her death, never believing it could happen to me since I was exercising a couple times a week -----WRONG!!
    Running across TH-cam, your videos are by far the most explanatory and detailed and simple to follow. Thanks for sharing your hard work and knowledge with the world. I'm subscribing right now.
    I'll be using this lymph massage for the rest of my life.

      @Vincent Sirois Oh Vincent, I'm so sorry to hear that you too had a spider bite that caused Lymphedema. I too had this happen to me 6 years ago, and spent many weeks in the hospital on IV antibiotics after continuing cases of cellulitis eventually caused the damage and breakdown of my lymph system in my leg. After doing my own research, I had determined that I was afflicted with lymphedema. Months later an infectious disease doc finally verified this diagnosis. Now I have lymphedema in both lower legs, ankles, feet and groin. It's an awful, misunderstood disease. I get so much more information by doing my own research. Lymphedema therapy in my area is constantly waitlisted for up to a year. Luckily I have a podiatrist and Physical Therapy team in the same office that are serious about treating lymphedema in non cancer patients, because we often lose our place in line at traditional clinics to those who suffer with cancer. Unna Boots, kinesiology tape, trampoline bouncing, self massage and dry brushing have been working for me. However it's a full time job keeping myself out of a flare. I haven't been in the hospital or on IV antibiotics in 2 years. I have had flares in this time. I've developed a system that works faster than oral antibiotics, but I won't share it here. Good luck friend, damn spiders really threw a curve ball at my life.

      @@foofyastralpunk5875 Please do share your system. There are so many people suffering because of this. I'm trying my best to cure it naturally or keep it under the bay. Unhealthy lifestyle and negligence lead to to this. Doing my best to maintain balance and routine in my life. I'm doing drainage massages and exercises but sometimes I just want it to be healed completely.

    Thank you for sharing your knowledge. After my 5th spine surgery I suddenly started getting petechiae in my lower legs and feet as well as edema. At the same time my face would swell. I started with the lymph messages and it has reduced the swelling considerably. I’m starting to feel better to.

    Chamomile tea. I had swollen lymph nodes on my neck, they were very pronounced, especially at the bottom of my chin/neck which was the size of a shelled pistachio. I drank 2 cups of chamomile a day with 2 tea bags in each cup. By day 3 they were gone, of course they came back again as I stopped drinking the tea but the 2nd time appeared I started drinking tea and I haven't gotten any more swollen lymph nodes. Chamomile is great for this.

    • @panoramachannel3123
      @panoramachannel3123 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Chamomile helps to catch out all unnecessary histamine that is in your bloodstream because of coffee, dark tea, or stress. I recommend to study Histamine further to everyone. In short, it is also a signalling mechanism of severe dehydration to your body, dehydration is a precursor of asthma, and diabetes. Histamine is our body’s tool. In high levels caused artificially by food, we can catch it out of our bloodstream with stronger Chamomile tea infusion. Infuse for 15 minutes.

    • @lisaotoole3082
      @lisaotoole3082 2 ปีที่แล้ว +31

      Glad it helped you. But it’s possible that the physical process of swallowing, heat of the tea, and extra fluids were just as therapeutic as the chamomile itself. Those other 3 aspects of tea are also important in moving lymph in the neck. It’s important to seek medical attention if you continue to have issues with the lymph nodes, as it is a sign of infection and/or cancer and the neck lymph nodes drain from the head. Infection can come from dental, eye, ear, nose and throat infections. Especially if it’s accompanied by fever or malaise, you could be overtaken by infection and need medication in order to reduce the damage bacteria does to the systems of the body.

    I want to thank you so much for making these easy to follow videos. They have been extremely helpful to myself & my husband. Oct.4th I had some tongue cancer removed as well as some lymph nodes in my neck area. I also had 6 wks/5days a week of radiation treatments on my face and neck area. Healing has been going very well until a month ago when I was told I now have Lymphedema in these areas which has caused pretty painful neck pain and headaches. I was given some instructions & a couple papers with instructions about how to do lymphatic massages . Having a bad memory & not fully understanding the proper amount of pressure & sequence for doing these massages, I was making my situation worse. After watching your instruction videos, & seeing the pictures you present of the different areas of our lymphatic system, I feel so much more educated on the proper way to do these massages. I am so thankful I was able to find you on TH-cam. Thank you again. You have no idea how much I appreciate your presentations, the relief I feel, & the improvement to my head, face & neck areas.

I have had a lot of requests for more head and neck videos and they are coming. You can expect to see exercises coming in the next two weeks for the tongue, jaw, and neck 🙂 I’d love to hear if there are other videos you’d like to see more about!

    Mine was so bad when I would have a PTSD episode I would call my therapist and tell her my body felt like it was being constricted by a boa constrictor and then I couldn't breathe. I cannot believe all the specialty doctors I've seen over all the decades that have allowed me to suffer through surgeries and prescriptions when all I needed to do was rub my own body....baffling
    I have to say I'm a little peeved because I showed my oncologist what I thought were knots or lumps and she waved them off and so did my gynecologist and so did my endocrinologist all the while they were pushing for me to get a hysterectomy and here I sit exactly today finding out this information on my own, not to mention this is what killed my mother in 2020, and I'm doing these exercises because I stopped going to any specialty doctor because they didn't want to help they just wanted to remove things. Thank you thank you thank you thank you for this video thank you. And I went to school for Western medicine .. ha! They want everyone ill. Cleaning this toxicity up & out and getting back to nature. Cities are HIGHLY TOXIC!!
    *I did NOT get surgery either. I walked away from all of it

    There is an Association for Research and Enlightenment in Virginia Beach, Va.
    They exist to preserve and share the work of Edgar Cayce, who was born in the 1800's and died about 1940.
    Cayce claims to have cured scleroderma, a fatal disease, by soaking linen towels in castor oil and then placing the towel over the affected skin and applying heat to drive the castor oil in.
    Casey believed that castor oil soaks into the skin and then drives all detritus toward the nearest lymph duct.
    When I had shingles, I rubbed castor oil into the itchy skin where a new pustule was trying to form. The pink area went away with no scar and no pustule ever formed.
    Do you know of any association between castor oil and the lymph system ? and scleroderma ?
    Thanks for the video. Very important.

    I am so nervous. My stepfather died of wh Bancrofti.. I brought it up to my doctor. I've had swelling lymphatic swelling in one leg since 2008 my right leg. I've had lymph nodes all over my body starting to flare. I asked my doctor for a test. It's actually starting to affect me even worse. When I get exhausted I mean oh my goodness I can't even keep my eyes open. I have a lymph node down in my groin that is oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. My doctor laughed at me. I'm actually going to change insurance and look for a new doctor. This is no joke my step dad died of it. And I very well could have it. I can't believe he laughed at me. What an ignorant fool.
    Thank you for this I will be doing this after my bath this evening. I hurt all over. I feel them behind my knees. In my groin within my solar plex area under my arms around my neck area. I'm so sensitive. It took my dad's symptoms a long time to get exceptionally bad. And every doctor treated every symptom separately. It's so sad. He couldn't handle 5 years of the medication, nor could he handle even the chemo. They killed him. That parasite killed him.
