I don't have lymphedema, I started doing this because I'm insecure that my face looks fat in general. I've had darn under eye circles for years and now after just doing this for a couple of days my eye circles are fading and I feel like my face is less fat & ugly. Amazing. Thanks so much for sharing this.

Hi, thanks for your comment. I've read so many comments about spot reduction online and most people say it's impossible to reduce face fat without actively losing weight everywhere else. Your comment reassures me that they might just be wrong, and there's no single manual for every person. I'm on a weight gain journey but I want to gain weight everywhere else except my face. I'm hoping this would work to keep my face fat in check while I actively gain weight everywhere else.

For years, I’ve had a lopsided double chin, it has made me very self-conscious. My left side was larger than my right side. I tried your video, looked in the mirror that next morning and I was amazed at how the swelling/inflammation had went down. My face and neck area are now symmetrical. Thank you so much for your video.

I am also dealing with sore throat and swollen lymph glands. I noticed it most yesterday, but have been struggling for over a month with this problem. If I don’t see relief soon, I will go to the doctor. I just like to try natural ways of dealing with the issues.

@@ThePrsRtstsame here it’s so annoying. When i swallow my ear hurts but when i do these massages i notice a lot of mucus comes out when i do it in the morning . I will do it morning and night now because I don’t want to go to a doctor for them to prescribe me something that will just numb it and not actually heal.

I am a stage 4 lymphoma survivor and I remember the hospital PT came by to do lymph node drainage massage with me while during rounds. It was great! She also had shared a full body routine, but the idea was the same, start outwards and gently push towards the place of drainage. On a side note, your voice is so calming, and the massage was so soothing, I about fell asleep xD I'll be trying this routine every night!

I have Primary Lymphedema that was diagnosed over 40 years ago. Past the first couple of years (I was 18), I have been able to control it on my own--which is good, because no doctors knew what to do with me...Since Menopause I have needed extra help and luckily I have found it--the attention, knowledge, and research about this condition has gotten so much better in the past 20 years! And now--with the internet--we have YOU and your amazing expertise and calming way! My Lymphedema therapist was glad that I have found your videos and says, "She knows her stuff--do anything you see to help with your daily routines!" Thank you SO much! I could ''feel' the fluid draining from my face through my ears!

Hi Kelly, I don't have any health conditions currently. I am 25, & focusing to aim for a healthy lifestyle passing just exercise and better eating. I am intrigued with reflexology and begun looking into that to bring into routine, and caught wind of lymphic massages and I have concerns within what health issues I can genetically gain. Heart problems, breast and that one cancer that some people end up w a pee bag attachment. So, I'm aiming towards active prevention. :) n I hope overall lymphic drainage and full body focus will do me good. Happy to find your channel.

  • @Sidera17

I'm so glad I found your channel. I do not have standard lymphedema-- I have a genetic condition with my immune system affecting my lymphatic drainage.
Certain parts of my immune system that are supposed to neutralize debris/toxins/detritus from infection, environment, etc, do not work. Thus, my body has to rely solely on the lymphatic system to transmit these through my body quickly in their still "toxic" forms. I have to undertake multiple types of therapy to accelerate lymph clearance as a result or else I tend to suffer central nervous system and cognitive issues. I'm hopeful your massage techniques will help.
My system tends to get blocked especially on the left side of my neck, causing a lot of muscle pain until the transit completes. I am looking forward to trying this to see if it helps. There is no "official name" for this condition yet but it is due to an HLA mutation and tends to require a lot of dietary binders, avoiding certain foods, sauna and compression therapy, massage, and lymphatic drainage.
Thank you for taking the time to teach these techniques to everyone. 💜

Basic maintenance automatically happens through a 10 minute brisk walk each day, for example. Just moving about. Only if through surgery or radiation therapy for cancer the lymp nodes were removed and/or damaged, you need to help the system with massage.

Hi, thanks for this video. If you don't mind my asking, I'd love to know if lymphatic drainage is a form of spot reduction? I've read so many comments about spot reduction online and most people say it's impossible to reduce face fat without actively losing weight everywhere else. I'm on a weight gain journey but I want to gain weight everywhere else except my face. I'm hoping this would work to keep my face fat in check while I actively gain weight everywhere else. What do you advise?

Sometimes while moisturizing my neck in the morning one side (just under my ear) is a little “painful “ to touch. Is this a lymph node thing? Obviously I know nothing about this subject but I just got rid of 75% of the discomfort doing your exercise.

I am trying this but she never mentions swelling in the throat. Do I work it up toward the chin or down toward the chest. Large turkey neck at the larynx

Sorry, if you received an email with my comment earlier. I deleted the comment because it was meant for another video on my face massage playlist. The other video ended and yours played as I posted the comment. So, the comment got posted to your video instead.

Hi - is there any reason why you wouldn’t begin at the top of the head and move down?

    Hi Kelly
2 weeks ago I just had blepharoplasty underneath my eyes also the Dr removed some of the skin as well and tight the area that caused my eyes watered for about 5-6 days does that caused lymph drainage / swelling underneath my eyes right above my both cheeks? Or the surgery itself caused that?
How many times a day I should do this treatment and for how many minutes each times and do I need to put pressure on it while I'm done it, also how long will it take for me to see the results?
Please reply to all my questions and thank you in advance

I don't have any lymph nodes in front of neck all 400 hundred were removed when I had Head & Neck cancer surgery in 2021
So would I still work the front neck area?
