Also his poor understanding of countries with him constantly being like "wHYyhyHYY???"
Plus he's not using the topics feature, so he's looking for literal English searches. Topics will instead go for when people look for that thing regardless of that language, and only for that thing and not things with similar names, and also include searches that isn't specifically that thing. So Queen Elizabeth would include "queen of england", "oldest monarch" and such.
Even if he spelled names right, he wrote the English version of them. In some countries names are localized (ex. Joseph Stalin = Iosif Stalin) so writing them differently than what they're referred to in said country makes for very inaccurate results. And that was just one example.
I'm from Latin America, we love these people for the many memes we create.

I think I can explain the "Kennedy" result in Colombia. Back in 1961, Colombia and the US established the "Alliance for Progress" with which Colombia received funding for infrastructure and social investment. One of the projects was the urbanization of one of the boroughs of Bogotá, at that moment called "Ciudad Techo". The sector saw massive construction projects and now it is home to more than 1 million people. After Kennedy's assasination in 1963, "Ciudad Techo" was renamed to "Ciudad Kennedy" in his honour. That means that everyone that has to look for doctor appointments, grocery stores, restaurants etc in the area surely has to type in "Restaurantes kennedy" or something like that, as a matter of fact, I wouldn't be surprised if it was the case for more than one borough throughout Colombia, but I'm from the capital so it's the only one I know. I'm quite sure that's why Kennedy wins there.
The reason JFK is that popular here in Colombia is because of a huge neighborhood in Bogotá named after him, as well as the name of a lot of local enterprises.
