Has it been worth it for me to pursue a college education in Montevallo, Alabama where I am also able to fish collegiately??

I hope you are moving for your college degree. But for fishing No. It's a bad investment. Down go into fishing thinking you can make a living at it like a real job.

Nice feedback. Degree is first, but if I can utilize that to make a dream happen then I'll do it. Most people who work in the industry don't work for the money, but instead because they are so passionate about the outdoors. Totally understand your point though, I've thought about it a bunch!
