15 years later and they still use "Kickstart my Heart" every time a Hornet/Blue Angel goes anywhere near a runway lmao
They briefly changed it in 2015, but they later reverted back...and I'm glad they did!

My 2 year old loves airplanes, especially “blue airplane”. He makes us watch this entire video multiple times a day; he won’t let us play any other video of the Blue Angels! I doubt toddlers are your target audience, but he’s this video’s #1 fan, guaranteed!

As an old Fighter mechanic these blue Angels give me chills every time i see them just awesome.
Definitely. People are really dumb but they are also really smart. The precision and consistency is outstanding. This is our best of humanity.

They give me goosebumps ever since I was a kid, and even just watching this video! I grew up near two air force bases, so there were yearly airshows and I always went. The Blue Angels and the Thunderbird pilots are literally the coolest of all time. Cooler than rockstars, movie stars -- I can't even conjure up something cooler in my imagination.

I can't wrap my head around this.. not only are they so good, but I can imagine what it takes to even be qualified to practice.
Literally just saw the Blue Angels fly in a formation over my house. That's something I'll cherish forever.

I live in Pensacola FL where they practice and have seen them set off car alarms in the parking lot, truly an amazing crew, I just love this team and am so happy and proud to be in the same city they are based out of. The precision required to fly like like that in formation is insane

I’m from the UK and our national Air Force team are the Red Arrows but watching the Blue Angels takes my breath away every time! That is bravery completely unmatched to my own! 😬😍👏🏻
I also have seen them perform before. They are spectacular. I now love jets and the sound of the jets taking off. I love the perfection and honor they represent for America. The jets get better n faster.

When my windows rattled from our jets flying over our house I felt safe couldn't wait to go to the air shows with my dad and still get goose bumps when you fly over for super bowls thank you !

I saw them at Toledo Express Airport in the early 1960's. In fact their first appearance. We were all in awe! My Dad really was the one that wanted all of us to see them. We stood in line afterwards to get all six autographs and visit with the pilots. It was the greatest day my Dad enjoyed. He was in Japan's biggest battles. He was the radio operator at age 16. His Mom had to sign for him to go into service with the Army.

Hey Airshow stuff guess what I already went with my dad to Ocean City Md because we both saw the Airshow together and it was so fun!!!! The planes that were used in the airshow was the 1 F22 Raptor 4 A10A thunderbolt ll C17 Globemaster 3. USAF 6 f16 fighting falcon The Thunderbirds a coast guard helicopter for search and rescue demonstration Geico Skytypers T6 Texans and 2 more planes that I likes were the Red Pitts Special Biplane doing this speculator Maneuvers!! AND THE plane that flew in WW2 The North American P51d Mustang powered by the Rolls Royce Packard V-1650 -7 the plane was metallic Silver and I saw These general aviation airplanes was with my dad passing by I saw this Cessna 172 cirrus sr22 and the cessna 182. And the place where all of the Aircraft came from was Ocean City Airport! And also there was a L39 cold war jet!
I love it when they come right over our heads a little slower than usual and it's REALLY REALLY LOUD. That's such a rush!😍There's a MIG at Paine Field in Washington State that does that, and I watch him fly around until he has to come in for a landing.
One of the tightest shows I've seen of them. Everyone was on point. Oceana here I come.

Several years ago they were practicing at Millington tn for show acouple days later !! I flashed a mirror at them and they dissappeared!! All of the sudden at tree top level in formation gear down they popped up right over house they raised gear hit afterburner and shot straight up!! Wowee !! Think I nutted

@@bryanchamp6979 - There was nothing to borrow there, "Champ." This maneuver is well known in the vertical by the Thunderbirds called the bomb burst. So you can say they "borrowed" it from them long before the BJT was ever born in their cute little Eastern European doctor killer L-39 trainers.
@@Nfarce Well the maneuver BJT did with the flares looks remarkably similar. At any rate, we'll also note that Jacques Bothelin is perhaps the most accomplished jet pilot on the planet, with experience in more than 100 different planes and 12,000+ aerobatic flight hours. However, it's no debate that the Blue Angels are the most accomplished flight demonstration team on earth.

Just saw them in Buffalo over beautiful Lake Erie. Absolutely amazing. And they practiced over my neighborhood for two days prior. Got some amazing video!!

Took my son to get fireworks in Gardner Kansas today and my son says look dad a jet 🛩 I said hmmm then the blue angles flew by us on the highway at like 400mph about 75 feet above my car and we both shit our pants unforgettable
