K&N Air filter is it worth it?

this engine is only 60HP so will it make a difference?

I’ve noticed that it has a crisper throttle response but not a hp gain, does sound good though and with full synthetic oil and filter it makes a bit more grunt than stock but if only I could cat delete and muffler delete it it would sound and make more of a difference then. With a tune it could be a nice street ripper better than some hondas

Believe it helps on smaller hi rev engines when you are above 5000 rpm and engine is really sucking air between 5000 and 7500 rpm. Grandmas wont notice it in normal driving but those who drive gingerly might.

There is more induction noise, not a dramatic difference but enough to make it more fun

Wait should i buy it for my fiesta 2002 1.4i 16V 80HP? Or is it just not worth it cuz i dont have thst enough space for a cold air intake.

I would definitely recommend it, for me it definitely improved the higher revs on small engines. And for the money they are its definitely worth doing 😁

There's tests on these and on non turbo car they are useless and only placebo due to sound some will use more fuel now on a turbo you may get 10torque or 3-5 bhp increase but so will a new air filter more often recommend the panel or drop in filters made of foam they use the same stock air box so same fuel consumption maybe less and more noise and torque for the turbo engines.

Still feel the same, for the price of £50 it definitely makes a difference. Especially if you have a lower HP fiesta. After a few months I have just had to buy a cleaning kit but those are relatively cheap

Lol...not at all....even on tuned engines it's marginal...1+12bhp...
Depending on the motor...
Most cars about 3 bhp...
