It was from last winter and it took place in both Norway and Sweden. Sweden and Finnish rangers along with mechanised companies were to push into Norway and the US and Brits were going to assist Norway.
NATO forces in Sweden. We see officers in Norwegian Army uniforms (Brigade Nord patch on left arm), among other NATO force nationalities. Camo patterns on most Hägglunds BVs here look Norwegian (green, dark green, brown and black). Registration plates: BVs in Swedish Army have black plates with yellow print, BVs in Norwegian Army have yellow plates with black print, while larger black plates with white print looks more like British BVs (from their Camp Viking in Troms, Norway). Leopard 2 MBTs from the Finnish Army. Landscape is generic (could be several locations in Fin/Swe/Nor), but many Swedish telltales, e.g.: if you look at the road markings at 23:15 (all white lines could be Finland, yellow center line would be Norway, but specifically short outer dash lines is clearly Sweden), so I would say that particular video clip shows US Marines and Norwegian Army Brig. N using Norwegian Army vehicles (and Britons, Swedes and Finns, I am quite sure) in Northern Sweden 🇸🇪
On the map it says Korpikå, it is located in Sweden north of Kalix. Red houses with white knots are less common in Norway. It looks like they have Swedish winter hats Model 59 on their heads. The Nordic Response 2024 exercise was also held in Norway, but I think these pictures are from Sweden.
