How is your opinion on the seat now that you have had it for 10-ish months? I actually switched to OEM from a Mustang Solo and am kinda looking to freshen the look up, but I do long rides and am also a poor lol.
It gets less comfortable the more you use it. It’s collected some blemishes as well. I’d recommend saving up money for a higher quality seat but this one is great for finding out if you like the style/feel of a saddlemen
It’s showing some wear after almost non stop use in various weather. It’s become less comfortable over time as well. Honestly, I’d save up money and buy a higher quality seat if you want to get the most use out it. For just looks and weekend riding it’s not bad.
When I bought mine there was an olive drab one already sold it had amo boxes for saddle bags that I could deal with . might still steal the amo box trick
The ammo box bags are very popular. I thought about that but got some throw-over bags for mine for when I go on trips. I like the narrow frame look ya know?

I do not BUT if you get on eBay and search ‘Yamaha bolt seat’ you can find a few different ones. That’s what I did 👌🏼
