No we don't. Except for the ones who think it's how people from Toronto are supposed to say it. Which is somehow pretentious as to fit right in with people's perceptions of Toronto.

I hear people here in Toronto say it both ways constantly, the vast majority of people dont give a shit. And yeah, all the working class first generation immigrants in Toronto are suuuper pretentious, the most pretentious parts of the country definitely aren't the ones that are 98.99% 10th generation anglosaxons who think they're the only "real" Canadians. We're all just a bunch of spoiled brats over here, we have no idea what struggle is.

      I don't think so....
I was in the Canadian Army in the '80s...back when our "Threat Level" had only one colour...
      Rust
Someone once asked us about "The Bomb"
We had to explain that, once a year we got "The Bomb" out of storage
And rolled it out onto "The Air Field"
Hooked "The Bomb" to "The Plane"
Then "The Pilot" flew "The Plane" to "The Range"
And dropped "The Bomb" on "The Target"
Then we'd get in "The Truck" and drive out to "The Range" to find "The Bomb"
Then we'd drive "The Bomb" back to "The Air Field"...get "The Hammer" to bash the dents out of "The Bomb"
And put "The Bomb" back into storage, then we'd all go on leave until the next year
So when they say "Quebec has the bomb"
I think it was probably just their turn
