The farthest i've gotten to technology like this was when I was in my technology class and i was able to convert a TI-84 Calculator to play GameBoy Color games, and it took me several months.

I LOVE how the portable's video feed turns green when outputting to component. Gives it the "green visor" look of the Varia suit. No corners cut here -- this build really is Metroid to the bone! Sweet.
The craftsmanship is amazing. Most others I've seen are nowhere near as clean as this. It looks like it was made by Nintendo themselves. I will say the one thing I noticed is that the fan is rather loud.

I'll admit, I think it would be even cooler if it could actually play the original GC discs, but I understand that would probably not be very viable in a custom handheld device. I would imagine it would really take up a lot of hardware space as well. Thanks for demonstrating this.

sorry I paid over 3000 euros for It and I won't sell it for any less that what i paid for it you should save up for a Nintendo Switch and hope it has gamecube VC but I can tell you the Vera cube is still going to be a lot better than Nintendo Switch
The D pad works now the only issue with the screen was that the screen flickkers in 480i but 480i always flickkers the flickering is completely gone in 480p. Anyway I am not going to sell it for less than $3000 USD so I am just going to keep it unless someone offers me a crazy amount for it
Literally the only way I can see this being made any better is if the controller ports were integrated into the main device and the device had HDMI out. This is still beautiful and amazing, I'm in awe.

The best portable gamecube ever! If you see other ports, they dont have a big ass screen, and they dont have the sculpt of the controller so you can hold it nice and comfortable, this guy beats all of them

I wouldn’t buy this because I can just buy a switch and home brew the one I have to play GameCube games. Might not be the best solution but this costed nearly 600 whatever currency it is and a switch is half that price. I mean it works/look awesome and is amazing. Nice job on this.

Only thing with all these portables is the fact that the cooling fans used to run them are all very loud. This would not be suitable in situations where people complain about noise all the time, especially in a car. Very cool portable otherwise, and probably the best one I've seen out of all the ones I've looked at from other TH-camrs.
