They then have everyone make amends to Jenny, even Santa, his Elves and Reindeer while still giving Todd Sweeney a change of heart.

LOL this seems to be a misinterpretation of whatever art they were using as reference. Its a lot like how its hard to turn some character designs into 3D, or even from the front. What is supposed to represent cheeks from one angle turns into sides of the face. That is just my observation tho.
