13 has a bigger battery and amore efficient chip so 13 for sure! iP12 - 2,815 mAh iP13 - 3,240 mAh so you can expect around 6-7 hours of screen time on the 12 and 7-8 hours on the 13
Actually thinking of upgrading my iphone 12 mini to likely the 16’s pro,the battery just sucks and it just drains too fast, even on sessions that there isn’t anything going on, and its very frustrating, I barely can do my every day tasks and hobbies on this phone! (I’m a multimedia female artist) I had to charge my 12 mini twice a day sometimes. I genuinely would keep this phone if it wasn’t for the very bad battery! Plus the battery health is actually at 100% so it’s really that bad
so far I’ve tried backmarket, swappie, and a couple of local options. I would choose swappie over backmarket any day.... I’ve had mixed experiences with backmarket
from what I’ve noticed there don’t seem to be any changes in the camera settings between iOS17 and iOS18 on the iP12. I haven’t seen any major differences in the camera performance either but I’ll keep an eye out. thanks for the suggestion tho
I’m currently using the 13 mini as my daily driver on iOS 18 it heats up sometimes to the point to where I can’t hold it I just put it in the freezer to cool it off
Thanks bro! Appreciate it! :) The wallpaper should be working on se 2020 too, if you adjust it a little bit... just download it and try it on your se 2020 :)
There is no point in continuing the tests to reach the 10% charge threshold. It is a bad idea to discharge the battery completely and ideally it is necessary to charge the smartphone after reaching 20%. That is, any such test should be completed by 20%. The problem with the degradation of the battery of most users is precisely that everyone discharges the battery to zero.
I get what you’re saying bro…. discharging to 0% isn’t great for battery health in the long run, but for this battery drain test, I want to see how it performs all the way down to 0% for accurate results. It helps show its true limits. Most people probably won’t let their battery die that low, but it’s good data for testing😎
Every iOS update reduces your battery life to one hour don’t know why while you still on the same battery health mainly on ios17 not updating to iOS 18 and I do have same 12 89bh lasts on 9h47min about two days
I know a lot of people feel like every iOS update kills battery life but it doesn’t automatically mean your battery % will drop a certain amount. It really depends on how the phone’s being used. I’m running both phones at 87% battery health on iOS 18 for this test, just to keep things fair. That 9h47min you’re getting on 89% sounds pretty solid though
the 12 mini should still get software updates from Apple for about 3-4 more years, so it’s a pretty safe option for now. Since you’re not a gamer, the battery life should be decent, though it’s not the strongest feature of the mini, especially if the battery health is below 90%. If you can find one with good battery health or replace it, it should definitely last you a couple of years for everyday use like browsing, social media… etc
@@preston6211 You never know but, Apple typically supports iPhones for around 6-7 years. The 6s for example from 2015 received iOS 15 in 2021. 12 Mini is from 2020 which would put its support into 2026 or 2027. That timeline suggests it could reach iOS 22 or even iOS 23
buy 13 mini or 13 beleive me u will be saved for future purposed , I have used 13 nd its amazing don't go for 12 now , its old now at this point of time specially investing money now is a waste
79% battery health is starting to get a bit low so iOS 18 might make it drain faster. If it’s still holding up ok for you give the update a try, but if it’s dying too quickly it might be time for a battery swap. totally depends on how much you’re using it daytoday
hey bro, 85% battery health should still be fine, and ios 18 runs pretty smoothly on the iPhone 12. If you’re not having any major issues with battery life right now --> I’d say go for the update
I’m planning to replace the battery. I’m not sure if the 87% battery health is really accurate or if the value has been altered somehow. What I do know is that the battery is 1435 days old so it’s definitely the original one
iPhone 12 battery backup increase or decrease?
not sure what you mean, bro, but if you’re asking if the battery life has improved or worsened on iOS 18, as of now it’s pretty much the same
Bro, which battery its better on 100%: iphone 12 or 13? What is the autonomy, knowing that I use social networks in general and I play games?

I think the best is to charge it with 5% and stopped it when it's 95%
iphone 13 mini 93% battery health, on ios 18 ~5.5 - 6 hours of screen
that’s pretty solid at 93%

20% in 2hours.. maybe i dont want the mini no more..
the mini is great but you’re basically trading its cute size for less battery life and a smaller screen
