Great video on cleaning an engine bay! Thanks. Love the cotton bud idea! I also use a damp cloth to wipe my engines regularly, before they get too dirty. Doing this makes keeping an engine bay clean much easier. Cheers :)

I've just changed my engine air filter and was disgusted by so much dust and gunk on my engine bay. Almost every video recommends using a degreaser and rinsing it off with water hose/power washer. I'm afraid that I might mess up something with my Mazda 2. Will try your recommendation and see how it goes!

I have an official Mazda dealer,near me,that keep washing the engine bay of all the Mazdas they're servicing,using a pressure washer...

Stock wheels will more than fit.
can I clean it with water? I want to get rid of rust in the engine bay is there any way to do that?
Sure, just don’t soak things like the alternator and you can definitely use water. As far as the rust, I imagine it’s the same as removing and repairing rust anywhere else on a car.
Never known a cars engine bay to get so dirty so quickly as these Mazda 2s.
The lack of an undertray doesn’t help.
