I use my C3 every other day. Mine came with a power nozzle for carpet and cleans them beautifully. I also use the Miele HX1 Stick Vac for small messes and to maintain the cleans in-between using the C3.
I have both the C3 and the Triflex. The Triflex works well for quick clean-ups on hard floors and carpet, but it doesn’t dig very deep or pull out nearly as much dirt as the C3. I chose the Triflex when buying it because it can stand on its own, and because Miele products are built very well. They last a very long time.
If you pop open the bag compartment, the compartment lid is designed to remove the bag halfway. So, before you close it you need to push it back in or dust can leak out into the motor. It doesn’t do it always (on mine), but it is designed to. This easy mistake can lead to a new motor repair, and that is expensive.
I also chose a C3 with an electric power nozzle for carpet. It cleans carpet so much better other floor heads. It even cleans better than the air-driven carpet tool.
I have 30 very messy caged Parakeets in my Kitchen Nook area (only place w/o carpets). Their dander, feathers, and seed spillage is a daily chore, not to mention their ongoing bowl movements. My floored kitchen nook is always a mess, no matter how much I clean. Right now, for last 5 years, I have used a ShopVac and Kirby Attachments to clean their mess. I also steam clean my carpets a lot with a Hoover. My returned water is always so dirty, and lots of seeds and dander that my Kirby Vacuum didn't suck up off carpets. So I fear the KIRBY just can't keep up anymore. (It's not old, just bought June 2020.) Just heard about Miele on TH-cam, and I am interested in them. Just wondering which one suits me. I either want C2 or C3 with Carpet LED roller attachment. Do I really need Brilliant? Can I be happy with C3 Soft Carpet? What do you think? Brigitte in Tulsa Oklahoma Age 65.
That's a far tougher mess to clean than avarage I think. Don't have same experience unfortunately, so hard to advise. Let me know what you end up with :) Miele C3 is for sure very good vacuum - might be up for the job. You might be lucky to buy one of those they give you 120 days to test if you like it. :)

Great choice! I was thinking to recommend: amzn.to/2Y7hvmx (Cat and Dog version), but as far as I know Brilliant (amzn.to/2MmKGQ4) has all attachments (it's so confusing with all those models). I'm sure You will find the way to go around the issue with attachments and you will be happy with this vacuum. Let us know in a while if you are happy with it! :)

The C3 has considerably more power. Considerably more suction. No mess from emptying the can. Will last considerably longer. Is better made. Less moving parts. Has a usable crevice tool (HX1 struggles). There's just too many cons with bagless vacuums.
Dyson is junk I want to of them the ball in the cordless gets all dusty the connections are separated a little bit quarter of it ends up in the air dust junk
Quality iif this video is amazing! Im already HX1 PRO happy owner. All true you said. I have other regular vacuum too, but for quick cleaning HX1 is great. Also have small kids so know the pain. ;)

Super cool review! Managed to buy PARQUET. That 120 days money back thing convinced me too.

100% truth. Apart from that "upward blow" (which can be seen as positive actually) nothing negative about C3 to say
