I don't know why but when I'm looking for a new laptop, I tend to check first on where are the ports are placed before checking other specs on the unit. I just don't like cables on the side of my laptop.

As a statistician and data scientists, both these laptops are worth considering. They both carry the AMD Ryzen 7 7840HS, and come with easily expandable RAM. The GPU is just a nice bonus in case you want to play with toy examples for neural networks.

6:41 HP Victus only have 1 M.2 slot but most HP OMEN have 2 M.2 slots (except for some specific model only come with 1 M.2 slot), currently i'm a student and i'm using hp pavilion 15 CS1045TX (8265U and MX130, 2x4GB RAM, 256GB M.2 SSD and 512GB SATA III SSD, 15" FHD Display). I'll buy an OMEN laptop in future(i wish i can buy OMEN desktop, but for a private reason and i have to go around so i use a laptop instead of desktop)

That's a no brainer. HP Victus. Much better GPU and a slightly better CPU than the 3rd one. The first option is rubbish because of 8 GB RAM.

I have the HP VICTUS and I wanted to get my wife the same one that I have, everything else my wife likes but the deal breaker was the keyboard and she is right, I thought that I would get used to the keyboard but I was completely wrong, I'm not exaggerating when I say that I ended up buying a separate keyboard just for typing, my nephew has a different Lenovo with a touchscreen and wife like much better that keyboard so we took a chance and got her the Lenovo.
What's the problem with the keyboard?

CHANGE THE THUMBNAIL MY OCD
I don't recommend the HP Victus AT ALL, it has many serious issues, I got one about a month ago, within one week of using it, I had to take it back to the shop I got it from to replace for a new one because apparently the GPU died, and now, I'm going to take it back to the shop AGAIN due to similar issues, as it seems that the motherboard is dying because it is not detecting the 16gb of RAM, it is instead only detecting 8gb, and it often shuts down, has lots of blue screens and errors, so I am done with the HP Victus, going today to trade it for a LOQ, as it is currently discounted for about the same price.
How has it been? Is the loq better?
@@JordanPeterson22 It turns out they didn't have it in stock at the store nearest to my location, so I haven't gotten it yet, but once I do, I'll post an update here!
You probably got a defective unit, I've been using a victus 16 rtx 4060 ryzen 7 7840hs for about 6 months, and it's fine no complaints at all.

HP Victus has better build quality, its easier to service, and has more modular components on the inside. Just by those facts alone it is better.
