- From a futuristic, space-traveling De Bethune to a Rolex commemorating the Milwaukee Bucks’ NBA Championship win, entrepreneurs and WatchBox investors Michael Strahan and Marc Lasry share their most meaningful watches with our CEO Justin Reis.
Wearing many hats requires a versatile collection. Michael Strahan is a journalist, an NFL Superbowl champ, a Dad, and as of late, a space traveler-the list goes on. He shares four of his essential timepieces, including Rolex’s GMT-Master II “Pepsi” Ref. 126719BLRO.
Memories, whether it be reminiscing on his own or striving to create new ones with the people he loves, is Marc Lasry’s foremost motivation for collecting. The Milwaukee Bucks owner shares a few significant pieces from his endearing collection, including Patek Philippe’s 5070G.

This is prob one of the best collector conversations from watchbox. I love how everyone has so much time just having fun, without anyone being douchy, or trying too hard go be funny or cool.
Great show. Can't get enough of Michael Strahan. Look at the scratches on all those expensive watches. It comes to show wear your watches. I mean don't work on your car engine with them but if they scratch who cares. Wear your watches.

What a fantastic conversation with two very interesting people. As a suggestion, a conversation with some people who have minimalist collections - three watches or under - and why they keep there collections small would be interesting.

I love seeing bigger men that wear bigger watches. I am so tired of every online watch reviewer complain that every watch is too big if it is >40mm. I’m 6’2 and 200lbs. I’m not the only man who likes 40-42mm watches.
If you have the wrist to pull it off (as Michael certainly does) the early Big Pilots are beautiful.

Lost a lot of respect for Michael Strahan. His interview with Grosskreutz was an embarrassment for him. He was knowingly propping up a bad guy simply for a paycheck. Shameful.
