US has lots of dollars but weapon stocks are severely depleted. Russia meets all military needs and also stock piling at a fraction of 1.0 Trillion $. Their manufacturing surpasses whole of nato combined. Also good luck against China whose manufacturing capability is 10x that of Russia.
