you guys should try iberostar quetzal the staff are awesome.
@@retikullI’ve gone to 3 different iberostars and at all of them that was the case. Although I’d highly recommend iberostar quetzal because the staff are great, especially the general manager he was really nice, the beach is beautiful on some days however it is full of seaweed on some days but when there’s no seaweed the beach is great. And finally there are animals everywhere. Flamingos, Spider and howler monkeys, peacocks, coaties, another animal like a coatie, and aguatis.
Is there fishing allowed???
We Have been there many times. We have always relay enjoyed it. Looking forward to returning.

Hahaa! Just did nine nights there. The staff was absolutely horrible and unfriendly. The food was bland and unappealing. 5 stars? No. I have stayed at many Cancun resorts and this one is the worst. Not just my opinion here...several other guests said the same thing while I was there. Overpriced, antiquated, terrible staff, bland food. It's your money...do what you want.

i am Mexican and residing in USA.. i am at the resort now…., i’ve been traveling for 40 years… so far…. the best, cleanest, friendlier and not expensive place!!!! my kids and grandkids are having a blast!!!!! sooo happy we make the extra effort to be here (12 family members happy as can be!). thank you all!!!
