Best review ! Exactly what I needed to make my final decision. I was stuck between Moon Palace, Paradisus and Iberostar Corel level. Now, We’re going to Iberostar! Again, Thank you!!
Thanks for your hotel tour. I’m a solo traveller and am considering Coral level and like everything about this place . Clean , modern and like you I’ve been to alot of different all inclusives over the years
Thanks for this video!! I've always wanted to go to that resort, now thats my next vac. I love how you gave the insider tip & also your wife input.... Your videos are amazing. I could watch them all day. The travel channel need to hire you.....
Thank you so much for this great video ! My husband and I will be heading to that resort in a few weeks and this video gave such a great insight for where we’ll be staying ! :)
You're right about the preference for food. People do need to understand how to distinguish what taste good to them and the actual quality. For example, I don't not like a lot of food but mushrooms isn't ideal to me... but I'll eat it. If I taste the quality and the flavours are there, I would still rate it well.
Hello, thanks for the great video. We are planning our first Cancun trip with kids. Would you recommend this resort or Moon Place Nizuc? If you were to do it again which resort would you stay first? Thanks.
Great video, we are going as a group of 4 friends to celebrate our 40th bdays. We hesitated between this hotel and the royalton chic. Does this hotel have a decent party vibe, or is it better to take transport downtown cancun?
When we were there in September it didn’t appear to have much of a night life, but to be honest we weren’t looking too hard. We wanted a relaxing time. Also, as the saying goes, the party is as fun as you make it. So I can’t honestly say if it has a party vibe or not. You might need to go outside the report.
I thought the vibe was good. Everyone seemed very friendly and I did even notice a single male or two by them selves at the resort. No issues. I didn’t see any single females but maybe I just didn’t notice. Hehe. Not sure what that means. lol
@@OutdoorCanucks Thanks for the feedback! 😊 I’m not going to put my life on it, but it seems, after copious amounts of reading through TripAdvisor and Google reviews, that I’ve notice a handful of reviews from solo female travellers are from more luxury and “spa” adults-only type resorts. I guess it can be hit or miss though. Anyhow, main goal is to enjoy the weather, destress, drink good liquor and enjoy good food. Meeting friendly fellow travellers (male or female) would be a welcome bonus.
You kind of went over it but I just wanted to confirm: If we stay at the Iberostar selections, can you walk over and use all the amenities / buffet at the coral building? As if it were all one location? Is access between the two open to everyone at Iberostar despite which side their room is on? Thank you!
Hi. I think it’s backwards. If you are at the Selections resort you can only stay there and use their facilities. If you are at the Coral Level, THEN you can go and use all the facilities at Selections. The properties are very close to each other almost as if it was just one big resort. Hope that helps.
Yes they are. Here’s a tip. You can call the resort a few days before you arrive and tell them you’re coming and make reservations at the a la cartes before you even show up. Make sure you keep your reservation though, else they’ll charge you a no show fee.
I loved your video. I have been researching this resort and have read complaints from the Selection side that you can't make reservations at the a la carte restaurants. That is it only first come first serve. So, is it different at the Coral side? You can only make reservations at the Coral side for the restaurants?@@OutdoorCanucks
This was in mid September. I can’t recommend a particular month because we’ve only been there this one time and different times of year would/could be different. We usually vacation in January or February and the weather is usually very nice. This was the first time we’ve ever been down south in September.
Thanks. I believe the resort does offer complementary transportation if you book 5 days or more, but we chose to use our own private transportation. We’ve started doing this in the last few trips to avoid the extra stops and we find it so worth it.
Thank you for this video, it was very informative! I know I am late asking a question but we are big on coffee, how far is the walk to the coffee shop from the coral location? and is there a way to cut through the resort without walking on the road?
Oh ya for sure. They had a great selection of music daily by the pool. But if you don’t want music and would prefer quietness you can go down near the beach and hang out there.
@OutdoorCanucks no we like some vibe by the pool during the day...we can't decide on coral or hard rock or royalton chic or live aqua...it's doing my head in trying to decide lol
Hy, can you tell me please in wich month you were there? The beach looks amazing and the watter also. In a lot of Reviews the waves are really big and is not safe to swim. Thanks😊
This might be the best real world down to earth non-petty review I have ever watched. Well done guys!

Have fun on your vacation.
Great video. We have stayed at many Iberostars. They don’t disappoint. Headed to this one next week.
great review guys! Thanks so much (I was scared by the reviews I read all over the place).

Because of you I‘m going to Cancun Iberostar coral!😂
Thanks guy‘s!
My friend from high school and I are meeting in Cancun and staying at Coral Level in May. I'm really looking forward to the vacation.
You won’t be disappointed
I’ll also be there in May! So excited
liked the full honest review thanks
Thanks for watching!
Brilliant review ❤
Wow amazing thank you so much for sharing
Hello, thanks for the great video. We are planning our first Cancun trip with kids. Would you recommend this resort or Moon Place Nizuc? If you were to do it again which resort would you stay first? Thanks.
Hi, I would highly recommend Nizuc for you and your family. It’s a great resort for families with children.
Amazing review
Glad you enjoyed it

@@OutdoorCanucks Thanks for the reply
Fellow Canuck here! Thanks for the overview. What was the vibe like? I’m a solo male traveller and considering this resort. Thank you. 🙏
I thought the vibe was good. Everyone seemed very friendly and I did even notice a single male or two by them selves at the resort. No issues. I didn’t see any single females but maybe I just didn’t notice. Hehe. Not sure what that means. lol

Do you hear the rd much as seems busy. Do some rooms over look the rd, i would be so upset if i got a riom over looking the road ❤
Hello, none of the rooms overlook the road. They are all facing the ocean so don’t worry.

Are u able to access the coral Beach and poop if u don't stay in coral building? What about the coral buffet?
Unfortunately I don’t believe you can access the Coral or any of the facilities. Maybe the beach, but that’s about it.
What do you use to book this hotel and airfare?
I used a travel agent from Sell off vacations for this trip.
But sometimes we deal with the hotel directly or airlines directly.
❤good review
Is the a la carte restaurants included in the all inclusive on the Selection side? thank you

What month did you go here? also, what months do you recommend?

What dates was this filmed
Mid September.
What time of the year is this video taken?
This was in September
@@OutdoorCanuckswas the weather good for you the whole time? Im going next September
@@TroyisTruthyes it was. We lucked out. We heard typically September is usually hurricane season, but we didn’t get ANY rain.
You are absolutely right on this. Been to a lot of all inclusive myself. The palaces, grand, & hideaways. Iberostar is consistent and loving it!
great review! question : does the resort provide transportation? or did you have to seek out your own?
Thanks. I believe the resort does offer complementary transportation if you book 5 days or more, but we chose to use our own private transportation. We’ve started doing this in the last few trips to avoid the extra stops and we find it so worth it.
This hotel is superior to so many hotels. The quality of everything and full access is phenomenal.
Any like shops, flea markets walking distance from hotel
For like cigars?
Did the rooms have ceiling fans ? lol
I don’t believe so, but I’m not 100% sure.
Hi, if I'm staying at the Iberostar Selection all inclusive, can I have my breakfast at the iberostar coral?
No. The Coral level is exclusive only to Coral guests.
Thank you for this video, it was very informative! I know I am late asking a question but we are big on coffee, how far is the walk to the coffee shop from the coral location? and is there a way to cut through the resort without walking on the road?
If I’m not mistaken it’s in the lobby of the Corral. So it’s not far at all.
Lmao this is the same room Coolist was in when he did his review!
How was the liquor selection? Did they have brands such as Jack Daniel’s?
The selection seemed good. They had all the premium brands and I do recall them having Jack Daniels.
how was the night life at the hotel?.....any parties or good time?
There was some shows and different things while we were there. The majority of time we spent looking at the turtles hatching at night. Lol
Great review
Just wondered if they had music at the pool at the coral?
Oh ya for sure. They had a great selection of music daily by the pool. But if you don’t want music and would prefer quietness you can go down near the beach and hang out there.
@OutdoorCanucks no we like some vibe by the pool during the day...we can't decide on coral or hard rock or royalton chic or live aqua...it's doing my head in trying to decide lol

Glad you liked it!
Hy, can you tell me please in wich month you were there? The beach looks amazing and the watter also. In a lot of Reviews the waves are really big and is not safe to swim. Thanks😊
That was the middle of September. The water was so warm and refreshing.
