I really like your new format here, showing several balls in one spot as I like to take screenshots. Great job. Hopefully you will do this with all brands in the future.
It’s he had almost recreated the Motiv ball chart for SPI. That video would be AMAZING. Just create that chart as a live stream and make a short version for later consumption. Then you can have follow ups every couple of months when they out out new stuff.
I really appreciate this video in particular because there’s so many balls that it’s confusing. I feel a lot better about my pre order for road warrior !!
Thank you so much. This helps a lot. I was about to get the road warrior but after talking to my pro shop, he stated that its too close to the iq ruby(which i have) but looking at the reviews it looks stronger from my eyes. I guess Ill be getting it now for sure, as i needed that spot filled.
You have one of the best bowling channels on TH-cam. I keep missing your live streams as they overlap with league. How would you compare the Primal Shock to the Phaze II? 1 hand with thumb, 14.5 mph on the monitor, 190 revs.
What happened to the lightning blackout in the weak sharp spot. Do u need road warrior if u have lighting blackout? Now that the lightning blackout is down to $140s is it a good value?
Thank you for this video. I really like how you put all the options in each category and then ranked them within the category. One question: As a bowler, is it better to stay either on the smooth side or sharp side with your arsenal or to build an arsenal with a ball in each smooth and sharp category?
Nevermind. I watched you videos of your 3-ball arsenal guide th-cam.com/video/xCiuUkz-kIc/w-d-xo.htmlsi=KaL2gw6w9lrDJuG2 and you 6-ball arsenal guide th-cam.com/video/BKQVH8POmFs/w-d-xo.htmlsi=8JDu19V1OTJSka1o Great videos! Keep up the great content!
It can depending on the bowler - IMO, it hovers between medium/smooth and weak/smooth. It's a bit weaker than we all anticipated which changed my original thoughts
I appreciate this breakdown. Definitely gained a subscriber today. Do you by chance do breakdowns on how to attack the lanes with said bowling balls? For example: A strong and sharp ball - This is how I would attack the lanes?
!Q Ruby was too strong for the burn at my bowling center, so I’m looking at Lightning Blackout, Road Warrior or a Tropical Surge, drilled for length in my Weak/Sharp slot. Currently have a Revenant with 4K grit at the bottom of my bag, but would like something underneath it.
I am new to bowling, bought Summit Peak and Ion Pro to guage where I was at and later got a Gem. Gem fits me best and don't feel like I need Ion Pro. I have had to work to get rev rate up. I can get movement on fresh lanes with the Gem but do have to adjust for transition. Summit Peak could potentially be my bottom ball. What should I do with arsenal?
Thanks for another great video ZVL!!! Could you tell me where the Storm Absolute Power fits in these categories? I'm trying to build a better 1/2 ball arsenal for my 3 man house shot league. I currently have an Absolute Power, Xponent and a spare ball. Right now I really just use my spare ball and absolute power, but I sometimes struggle to get to the pocket.
I'm a slightly rev dominant senior bowler with 5 bowling balls. I think I'm pretty well covered for my senior leagues (10 pin & 9 pin no tap). In my 3-ball bag I typically bring the Attention Star, Summit Ascent and original Xponent but occasionally swap out for a Hustle USA and Storm Ice depending on the particular league. Thoughts?
@@BigB_62 i am also a senior bowler with about 325 rev rate n take the ion max, attention Star, og exponent, and have the lighting blackout as my weak ball. New Storm ice for ten pin

Love the new format ZVL! This should be your new standard!

Nice one ZVL. I like the multiple options for each slot. Different strokes for different folks. 😎
This was an amazing summary of the SPI line up. THANK YOU!

Thanks again!!!! Amazing content!
Have been waiting for this and loving this change up. Should keep it this way; looking at the comments many agree.

They're fairly close, but the Primal Shock will be a little later and sharper than the Phaze II
Great format and summary
I like this just wish you do this with motiv and other ball brands.

I remember you mentioned at video for league arsenal that Ion pro fit in medium smooth category.
It can depending on the bowler - IMO, it hovers between medium/smooth and weak/smooth. It's a bit weaker than we all anticipated which changed my original thoughts

I have not yet, but it is on my list of new video ideas!
Why does nobody talk about the Absolute Power anymore? Such an underrated release. Would you have it between an Ion Max and VEBO?
Storm comes out with so many releases that the recent ones get overlooked heavy

If the !Q ruby was too strong then the road warrior is probably going to be too strong as well
Highly recommend the lightning blackout. Great ball for the burn

The Absolute Power is between the strong/sharp and medium/sharp categories. I’d recommend a strong/sharp ball to round out your arsenal!
What about arsenals strictly for strokers tweeners and high rev/2handers

I really like that bag, well done building it!
O M G. Ty ty ty
Would the zen fit in the medium sharp if this was a year or 2 ago?
Yep!
Now the Ion Pro is weak/smooth?
As more people have thrown it, the general consensus is that it’s weaker than we all originally thought
I just tried the phaze AI and road warrior it was definitely stronger than the Phaze AI it was smooth and controllable than the warrior.
Where does the nova fit?
As a strong/smooth ball!
Attention star is earlier more forward than a vebo.
Interesting, most others see it the other way around. But they are fairly similar, so I can see some slight differences depending on the bowler!
