    About mental health; just wanna add from my xp: to anyone who's ever been a victim of bullying / hate / violence because of their appearance, gender, orientation, race : DO NOT ever let a hateful notion 'there's something wrong with me' sink in. Trust me, it's a recipe for self hatred and compulsive anxieties later on. When we suffer and we need a break, it's only natural to think: maybe if I wasn't 'different', if I was 'normal' I would be accepted. No, haters will always find something else to prey upon. I've always had kinda androgynous look, which was a fuel for bullies when I was growing up. I embraced it, used it to my advantage in my acting / modeling career, I was almost the face of Leon in these new Resident Evil games :)

    This video was as great as your others because it's you being who you are. You're not afraid to show that you have bad days or bad weeks and that's one thing I love about your content. I can relate to it on many levels.
    I'm glad to see that you were able to get back to feeling to your normal self again within a couple of weeks. I hope that you are feeling better all around.

    Thank you for always being authentic!! I follow you and love your videos because you are honest and do not try to make it seem like your life is perfect like some youtubers do sometimes.     Life is a process. As someone who suffers from mental health issues, I do have a lot of down days, but I am a far cry from where I was during my process on figuring out how to figure all of it out. I also have a lot of good days as well. On those days, I feel like I can take on the world. We can have ups and downs. It is how we work it out and that we can depend on each other for help. I will help you out if you want me to. You are an awesome person. You got this, pretty lady.

    Today was one of my lowest in a while and between my friends and your videos reminding me to be kind to myself I was able to push through. I was able to get the things done that needed to be done and to take proper care of myself, while also accepting help even though I felt like I didn't deserve it.
    You are helping me fight my own mental health demons and it's videos like this that help remind me that we can't be on top of life all of the time. That sometimes we feel like we're failing but really it's just that we need a little more self acceptance, self love and self kindness to push ourselves back to where it is we want to be.
    So thank you for that and thank you for this video.

    What an interesting video, made me think of my own things a lot! My problem is that I literally never get anything done, have no routines or plans, and with two little kids, time just flies by without me ever doing any of my own things that I would actually like to do. Thanks for sharing ❤!

    Love your vlogs! We all have bad weeks that cause us to struggle. I will say that the mindset of "good, nutrient food that sustains my body" will (and should) take more effort and thats ok, has been a good mindset shift to get into when I feel like cooking is a "chore." Also, relying on God has been amazing, he is better than anything in healing yourself and becoming the best you can be!

    personally, I feel like with medication struggles, one needs to give oneself a loving pass, because that goes beyond mind over matter. Glad you are feeling better!

    I’m the same with cooking! I love it but when I’m alone I feel too lazy to do it, and would postpone it until I’m already starving. And then suddenly - oh, the thing I wanted to cook today will take two hours to cook (or in the middle of the cooking I check the recipe, and it says “now simmer for four hours”)…

    Actually Hailey, the majority of your followers won’t even notice how many videos you’ve been putting out each week or how long it has been since your last one, so there’s really no point in putting pressure on yourself because you worried about disappointing people!! We all follow a large number of TH-camrs and honestly no one cares. So just take it at your own pace and do whatever you want!
