I remember it was when I was 13, around 1996, my dad took me to a record store and said that I could pick up a cassette tape. I looked around for ages, couldn't make up my mind. And finally I was attracted by her album cover, and picked it up. The first song that I listened to was this one, still remember it very well until this day.

Tina Arena has an incredible voice I’ve loved for many years. I don’t understand why she wasn’t heavily promoted in the U.S. She’s huge in Europe and Australia! Love this song. So excited to see her in NYC in November this year! A big check mark on my bucket list! ❤

This album was the first cassette tape I ever had. I got it from a radio stations DJ van here in Kansas City when I was in 1st grade. This song gave me hope that my mom could leave my abusive dad. (She did). I played it on my play school karaoke machine every chance I could, even show and tell at school(my teacher was puzzled 😂). This song will for ever hold a special place in my heart.
This song means so much to you. I love that. Tina is a Melbourne girl and my dancing school friends went to school with her. I even saw her as Maria in their high school production of West Side Story. I feel so proud of her that you heard her in Kansas City.

I have been finding this song since 1999. I used to listen to it on an Audio Cassette when was a student in grade 8th. I still have that Cassette but don't have Audio Cassette Player. I didn't know how to find a song with your voice I asked about this problem to Google. Google told me to say " Hay Google find this song and sing that song, and I found it on my 1st attempt. I don't believe it. Google solved my many problems. Thank you, Google. Besides, I was looking for this singer. Her voice is so charming, attractive and full of magic. Where is Tina Arena nowadays Is it still alive or??????

Tina is a natural and gifted talent. But we must also thank Johnny Young for the childhood "apprenticeship" that he gave her via the Young Talent Time Show here in Australia in the 1970's & 80's. As a result we have the Tina Arena we have today. Tina is a great artist. Gifted, natural and amazing to listen to.
