Howard was just on Joe Rogan (the biggest podcast in the world) a three days ago at time of writing this comment.
The YT video of the podcast has 4 million views in three days.
Its three hours of completely ridiculous, incoherent nonsense about a dozen different fields from math, physics and geometry, to history, psychology and neurology.
3 hours of b.s. now being disseminated to millions and millions of people and, judging by the comment section, a not insignificant portion of those people think it's partially if not wholly credible.

I believe Kanye West revealed that he has bipolar disorder, that's why he tends to say a lot of dumb shit, once his phase shifts, he doesn't realize what he's said or done until someone confronts him about it... It was tied to a recent news story about his family, and people thinking he's stalking his ex or something, when it was really about him being close enough to be involved in his child's life or being close enough to his family or something along those lines.
People take advantage of his illness to generate outrage stories... : /

interesting enough, what you described is a child seeking external validation for a low self worth. "i want others to think I'm smart so they'll value/respect/like me" which is similar to what he is doing. He might have narccisistic personality disorder. It all stems from insecurity and low sense of self worth. The guy was raised in an abusive family, his brother is in jail.
That low self worth, that insecurity, almost ALWAYS stems from a lack of safety and emotional attachment to your family. between the ages of 0-18months its extremely sensitive for a developing child that its considered to be "secondary gestation". If the environment isn't safe or protective or loving, that child develops stress and defense mechanisms. This is where you start seeing insecurity and self esteem problems appear later in life as a result of fear, stress, a lack of love and preotection take place during sensitive neurological development.

His job is literally to grade, analyse the diamonds and their chemical compounds, reverse engineer and duplicate them. His lab and workplace is just littered with random diamonds both real and lab made everywhere, in unlocked drawers, cupboards etc. I asked if they’re not locked away, don’t the employees steal them? He laughed. He said everyone knows how worthless they are, lab or mined, no one bothers. Even the diamond companies know diamonds are worthless wastes of money.

The ailments mentioned at the end make me think Terrance might have needed counseling from an early age to work through what was going on psychologically, since it's unlikely any of those issues were entirely (if at all) physical.
When I was 13-14 I experienced a serious trauma and never processed it or even accepted what had happened. Later that year I went blind in my left eye and couldn't see out of the eye for almost 2 months at which point the vision came and went for another few weeks before it eventually stabilized. There was nothing physically wrong with me, but the psychological damage from that traumatic event manifested into a physical symptom so I would have something to focus on besides the memories of the event. I didn't find this out until I was older and had started to process what happened.
Hearing how Terrance thinks of the world and the types of things he says and seems to fabricate about his own life, it seems like he needs some help from a trained professional to work through his own mental blockages. He doesn't seem to be doing things with malicious intentions, so much as he's creating his own world around him that suits his needs and desires more than the world he experienced at critical points in his life. I don't know his real, genuine, history, but maybe there's something here to be unpacked in therapy.

It made me realize that he does not comprehend how multiplication works. He even called multiplication exaggerated addition. This does not describe multiplication properly. exaggerated how? Maybe he should do oldschool calculation, (you know, where you do not use a calculater but write down the math problem and solve it manually). Maybe then he'd realize that 1 x 1 = 1 and that the square root of 2 is 1.41-and then some. Okay so I tried to jump on the "Terrance Howard is a pathological liar about his medical history" train with you, BUT:
    1. Jaundice in newborn babies is extremely common (about 6 out of every 10 babies gets it), and it normally resolves on its own without treatment (only about 1 in every 20 newborns that has jaundice ends up needing treatment for it). My sister had jaundice when she was born, and I may have also had it (I can't remember whether my parents said it was just meconium aspiration when I was born, or jaundice too), and jaundice is not a big deal in most cases. (Source: the NHS website, plus obviously my family history.)
    2. An ear infection in one ear can can spread to the other ear if left untreated. Also, ear infections can cause temporary hearing loss due to inflammation in the area behind the ear drum(s). However, as the ear infections clear up, hearing returns as the inflammation goes down. (Source: Healthline.)
    3. Bell's Palsy is usually temporary, and usually improvement is noticeable after 2 weeks; after 3-6 months, most people have recovered the full use and function of their faces. It's not known what causes Bell's Palsy, but it may be due to inflammation of the nerve that controls the muscles on one side of the face. Bell's Palsy affects about 40,000 people in the US every year, and seems to be more prevalent in people who have the flu, an upper respiratory infection, a cold, or a condition like diabetes that can make you more prone to infections. (Sources: the Mayo Clinic and Healthline websites.)
All of these conditions are fairly common, and it's entirely plausible for one person to experience all three in their lifetime.
Howard is obviously wrong about physics, geometry, and math, but there's no reason to presume he must be lying about his medical history.
If he was going to lie about his health, you'd think he would come up with some more (to him) dramatic or symbolic/significant conditions, since none of these are very unusual, particularly significant to most people, or, in most cases, very serious.
