- I Survived 100 Days of Hardcore Minecraft in the Vault Hunters Modpack by @iskall85.
My adventure through the multiverse had been one which I have had very little control- and now it's time to learn to fight back. By learning how to make vaults, I'm learning how to control reality itself, and start to regain control from the Obelisks and the entity behind it, Decem.

33 1⁄3.... that's how long these should take not including editing...why are you spending 200 hours? That's almost half a year if not longer.
would love a continuation of this series, its a great modpack that is really fun and allows you to easily sink a lot of hours into it, 100 days of gameplay is barely scratching the surface of the depth the modpack has to offer. If you do decide to continue playing you want to bring silk touch tools into the vaults to save the vault ores for later, as you can get up to fortune 7 later on.
Definitely feel like I'm just getting started. Maybe - I have a lot of series running right now with Hardcore, Dominion, and Horror Island.

I'd say make a server for the viewers to join in the story tell me would it nit be intriguing have other youtubers try it pulling In more followers. How I did it for my old insta

If you liked it, you should go watch Iskall85, the creator of the modpack! He streams it on Twitch and has a huge series going, I think there's over 100 vods of like 3 hour long content, and since he made it, he knows its ins and outs very well :)
This is honestly why i started watching vault hunters but even tho its nothing like borderlands i still cant stop watching it

about 17 hours of playtime if you sleep, then however long you take editing
@@jekentmenietje sure if you dont have a job, a life, time to eat, or do other things... also pretty sure 100 days takes longer since 1 day is lke 15 mins right? Thats like 1500 mins or roughly 25 hours. 2-3 hours a day after work is a week to week and a half of play without editing time.
@@Slurptacular64 1 day is 12 minutes, I thought 10 at first so you're part right; it's 20 hours! And I didn't say they have to be consecutive. It's still a lot of time especially if you take planning and editing into account, but it does explain why some full time youtubers can put out a 100 day video every few weeks.
Doing one EVERY week seems like a recipe for burnout if you don't have a team of editors though.
Also fyi if you don't sleep at all in game, it takes about 33 hours of playtime.
that's a long time, almost a full workweek! but not 200 hours :)

Now I'm kinda thinking this is different from the modpack CaptainSparklez and a few others did ~^~
The fact that you could literally get instant wheat and refused to get any amount of food at all to do stuff and you repeatedly had to go back to get some over and over bugged me so much lol
Also brown mooshrooms are so op. You can use a flower on them get that suspicious stew from them instead of normal stew. 10/10 worth

If you ever do a continuation, the fire dogs can be a friend! Just drink a fire potion and give it coal. It'll even speed up your furnaces if it sits on it.
I am amazed at how fast people find Nether Fortresses. It takes me good couple irl days and a couple deaths to even get close
Same. Even with the sunflower trick, I'm still abysmal at finding the damn things. I don't know what my deal is haha.

fantastic video! ive wanted to get into vault hunters for a long time but always get overwhelmed. this was a great starter for me! definitely going to check out the mod pack in more depth. as always, this was such a joy to watch. plus how long the video was, PLUS lore? jackpot :D

This came out at just the right time that it could keep me entertained during a long inventory shift at work! The vaults seem awesome, and I'd love to give this mod a try at some point. Thanks for showing it off so well, with all the time that went into it!

Good Stuff on this one. I love/loved (as in I still watch them when he drops them) Iskalls vault vid's, so seeing someone else do one on a 100 day challenge was neat. I have this modpack on my pc, but I admit, I'm a little apprehensive to try it lol. Good stuff man, keep them coming. /thumbsup.

Jokes aside, this is a great modpack, and I'm really glad you're enjoying it. Kinda had me worried when you didn't have netherite for your first vault, but you proved me wrong.
Just some things to add. The reason spawn eggs say they have uses is for the iSpawners mod, where 1 egg used in the iSpawner will spawn the amount of mobs stated on the egg, otherwise it's just a normal spawn egg.
The modifier "unlucky" does not mean chests have a higher chance of being trapped, it only has to do with the loot inside the chests.
Vault crates don't burn. There was a patch that removed that as people didn't want the crate to burn when fighting a boss near lava. Although I'm unsure whether explosions can still blow it up.
Sorry for my ramble, I'd love to see you continue the series. I enjoy seeing how everyone plays a little different.

Vault hunters is intriguing, would like you to continue this series.
The x marks the spot room, you need to stand around for a bit to have the room generate. Also, you didn't get a couple of vault crates at the end, but you had a magnet that I think you didn't actually activate or have in your inventory at all

I know I'm two months late, but watching this on June 1st and you pointing out the pride bee seems fitting 😋
The worst village spawn I've seen in modded Minecraft had an AE2 meteorite near its borders, and it was surrounded by a Darklands Forest biome from Abyssalcraft, which have quite a lot of strong zombies.

This mod was super cool at first for me but by the time you do your 20th vault it's mostly repetition. I'd love to see this modpack get steady updates and revamped goals/vaults

This was such a cool video, world and modpack. I was totally hooked. If you ever think about coming back to the vault mod pack I would 100% love to see it. (Wether it be a continuation of this or a whole new seperate video with the modpack) Seems like such a cool mod and feels like there was so much more the mod offers that there just wasnt time to check it all out in just the 100 days.

Wild west room was the room that did in my first attempt at Vault Hunter's. Was my 3rd vault, the previous 2 I died to traps. I was doing good. Until i pillared up to the top of the central building, mined a block, and triggered a tnt trap that spanned the entire building and died. Vaults were now too expensive for me to reasonably attempt with no wins under my belt.
And this is why i love beginners grace of the new 1.18 version
