Tabby/ Plain Weave Stitch

This is the most basic stitch of weaving and can be used for a large variety of purposes. It creates the strength of the fabric created by weaving, can be used to build up areas to create shapes or designs, and there are many varieties of ways to use tabby/plain weave.

I hope that you can show us some different items to make using weaving. Most channels do mats or rugs. Be nice to see baskets, for example.
