It's a great gesture, but at the same time he got it through the UAE royals. The UAE and KSA's whole shtick is to destabilize their neighbors and keep the wider Middle-East and Muslim World poor cuz that way they maintain their leverage and power. It's why they've been backing civil-war in Yemen since the 1950s; Yemen alone has 30mill citizens while all the Gulf states _combined_ has less than 30mill citizens, and Yemen was a kingdom for thousands of years whereas these Gulf nations were small city-states and desert nomads. A stable Yemen would be a regional superpower, same with Somalia. It's why they fear and loathe Turkey and lran. The Khaleeji monarchies (and lsraeI) want a civil-war in Lebanon.

It's also jewelry. And an investment. And a piece of art and history. When I look at my watch, I don't give a damn what the time is. I look because I want to see something beautiful for a moment.
@Matthew Elder A watch is not an investment. The vast majority lose value fairly quickly, and even the expensive rolexes only manage to hold their value. So unless you are saying you are "investing" in your happiness, which is impossible to argue the merit of as it's too subjective, I disagree.
@@mattcelder I would agree with you because I love watches too; but that beautiful moment isn’t worth upwards of $6,000 to me. I purchased a sarb017 alpinist around 2016 for $330 new. Absolutely love the watch and have gotten as many comments on it as I do with my omega seamsters. Recently looked on line and some are selling for $1200-$1400. A staple in my collection I’ll always keep.
My first watch was Orient bought to me by my father in 1983.
God bless his soul❤
Good that you showed Orient to Kevin, this dude knows how to appreciate good stuff
Waiting for the teddy and Kevin and producer Michael 3 amigos video collaboration video.
I love the I D E A of the 3 Amigos
Kevin Teddy & Michael (KTM) 🥳🧐😎⏳⌛
Needs to happen
Nooo please!, I don't wat to see more Jacob & Co. awful watches!
This would be awesome!
"Everyone says you need to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on a watch collection."
Rich people live in a different universe. Really spectacular watching Kevin experience these. Now I want to see him go shopping for clothes at Target.
I love the Longines Conquest. It's a great affordable daily driver. Kevin had some funny joking around, but that one was a good shout.
I got my beautiful classic casio at Walmart for 18.95! Still works. Plays beautiful alarm. Just a beautiful collectible piece
Teddy, you really trounced Kevin in this one, made me an affordable watch collector proud...best lines: when referring to orient "you've discovered a whole new world no one knows about" and when looking at a junghans "I can see the elements of baha in there" haven't laughed that hard in a while! Thanks Teddy!
It's good to reward ourselves sometimes . While I'm not one to spend on high-end watch (I spend too much money on travel, lol), I can appreciate your gorgeous and timeless watch. I love how it's a symbol of all your hard work. And i choose NKUWAN every time honestly
"And how much?" "$840 bucks"
Me: "Incredible" (...amount of money for a watch)
Kevin: "Incredible" (...that watches under 4k exist in the world)
😂
😂😂😂
LOL the way Kevin says "ok but lets go to an entry level watch" then busts out a rolex had me dying too haha
Could listen to these two for hours
The max bill bauhaus is SO gorgeous. Those red stripes really pull the look together.
I love Kevin finding out that actual affordable watches that are quality exist
Fr I was laughing so hard
"You're Kidding!"
Great stuff, I hope that you two are friends off camera. Such chemistry
Teddys channel is what brought me here. I love how much more Wonderful he is on his channel compared to Shark Tank. I’ve grown to appreciate both of them a lot more.
Bought a 200 pound Seiko kinetic titanium and it is a pure gem of a watch. Light on the wrist, looks fantastic and the perfect blend of technology and style. I am very satisfied with this watch.
Feedback appreciated.👆

I own a Tag and ngl I love it. Great video Kevin. Shout out from Toronto. Keep representing us well Mr. Wonderful.
How did I know O'Leary's "affordable" watches were going to be outrageously priced! Great video fellas!
OMG!!!! Please let Teddy finish a sentence!! He's about to say something very interesting about the watch and then Kevin has to steal it away! 😤
Yeah these two are great together, more of this please!! Maybe a watch finding road trip vlog series?
I love Timex wear one to work every day because it’s has the back light for nighttime
Their backlight is so good and underrated
Warren Buffett once said "if you don't find a way to make money while you sleep, you will work until you die".
That was deep! hardcore fan of Warren Buffett. I got to start investing in mutual funds because of him and I haven't regretted it.
I wish this was taught in college, and I am just trying to research, learn how to trade stocks and options.
Financial education should be taught in every level of education but because of the misplaced priorities we have in the system, the ignorant man is suffering it.
Exactly! it's never too late to start. that's why I'm watching how to trade option and equity.
I'm a beginner who is seeking for advice, I want to start trading 2021.
Wow its honestly stunning, I love a man with a nice watch
Great fun showcasing all of these watches!
Great vid again. I bought my Seiko alpinist and monster for over half what they are worth now, investments can be made for sub 500 watches
When i knew your mom was lebanese and seing this beautiful watch made to help lebanese victims, i got emotional and also very proud, thank you Kevin for helping my folks back home, inshallah you get 1000 folds of what you gave. From my heart i say thank you.
@@realtalk6195 You are talking 100% right. I only appreciate his intention, but the means could have been better.
Make more videos like this! Just came from teddys channel, I just had to see more, very entertaining and educational.
These two should do more videos or podcasts together. I also love how Mr Wonderful is intrigued by Teddy's stories.
The sweep second hand on the Bulova 600 dollar watch was pretty amazing for a quartz movement.
3:48....I like the fact that this watch says 'Made In Japan' on the dial instead of 'Japan Movt' -beautiful watch!
Some of the dialogue sounds like QVC but they actually know what they’re talking about 😂
I can watch Kevin talk about his collection all day!
The class conflict tension in this video is palpable. Teddy is clearly Kevin's token "cool poor friend"
Cool poor friend with 30k+ watches in his collection ...
hes not exactly poor, pretty sure he makes good money. he sells watches online and has a successful youtube channel
I’m really glad that you started sub $500 when I initially started this video I thought an inexpensive watches to Kevin O’Leary’s going to be sub $3000. Really appreciate you guys thinking of the working man’s price range. 🥰😊
Can NEVER get over how much Mr. Wonderful and I have in common! I too LOVE vintage guitars, watches, and cars. The only difference is that his bank account status is "MORE MONEY THAN GOD!", and mine is "Oh God! Can I make it till pay day?!" Was looking at Orient about 10 year ago and looking the high end look. Should have started buying them up. Went on Amazon after watching this vid and there's sooooo many wonderful Orient watches. I wish I could buy them all up, as well as a few timex, and Seikos.
Came over from Teddy’s vid. You guys are such a good combo. Love it 😂😂
Damn rainbow now trading over $400k?!?? Insane last year they were in the $200
watch out for the fake account spamming above

Nomos Glashütte were the first company to create a computer program to design watch movements. It took them seven years to get it right but now, they can emulate designs without having to build them - and possibly fail on the design. Helps them save tons of money and makes building movements more efficient.
Never heard of this O'Leary guy before, but now I know why: he lives on a different planet! Go Teddy!
Great collaboration guys keep going, fun stuff, nothing like this out there. Also it is great showing beautiful pieces for entry level guys who won’t feel overwhelmed in there first and several purchases building a collection.

That Junghans is now something I’m saving for. Love the Bauhaus inspiration. 1200-1400 is what I’m seeing them go for and given time I could do that. Thanks a lot teddy. Was not planning for saving for that 😂
Every time I consider spending more than $300 on a watch, I remember: it’s a clock
It's also jewelry. And an investment. And a piece of art and history. When I look at my watch, I don't give a damn what the time is. I look because I want to see something beautiful for a moment.
@@mattcelder true
@Matthew Elder A watch is not an investment. The vast majority lose value fairly quickly, and even the expensive rolexes only manage to hold their value. So unless you are saying you are "investing" in your happiness, which is impossible to argue the merit of as it's too subjective, I disagree.
@@mattcelder I would agree with you because I love watches too; but that beautiful moment isn’t worth upwards of $6,000 to me.
And the whole investment argument is bs unless you buy a watch the way you would buy stocks-to sell later. But lots of people think of it as getting their return in the form of personal contentment
Worst way to think about art
I have a Rolex I got for graduating college . I also have a Oris Aquis . My favorite watch to actually wear is my Citizen Skyhawk AT Promaster . I also like my diesel Master Chief which is stainless with a blue dial . I almost forgot my Fossil Automatic Black stainless with gold movement . I also have another fossil which is a divers watch that I've had for at least 12 years , so it's becoming a fossil , that I love wearing .
I was looking for a Nomos 3 years ago. Now I am still saving money for it haha
And it loos pure gorgeous. It will be my daily watch
I love this. I watched Kevin geeking out with Producer Michael over 6- and 7-figure watches the other day... after watching this I feel like I could get Kevin all excited about several of the pieces in my collection... and not a single one is over $1,100. In my opinion, the law of diminishing returns is in full effect when you get to those monster price tag watches.. and in many cases they just get ugly and gawdy (sorry but let's face it, a lot of them are not understated and classy). I will say though that I liked Kevin's collection way better than PM's.. but Michael has a whole different taste and style of his own.
LOVED the Timex and Seiko. The Orient wasn't bad either. Couldn't say that I liked the watches Kevin showed. Too bling for my tastes. So I go to Teddy's site and the 1st watch I see is Oris. Remember seeing Oris and Fortis in a watch mag in the dentist's office as a boy and immediately fell in love with both. Should have bought while growing up. No money now. Family to pay for. Oy Vey!
I have a family to pay for as well, so I will probably go with an Orient 😅
@@RoyalFizzbin Nice! There's a few that look more expensive than they are. I was thinking to start buying them one by one before the price goes up. Probably too late already...
