Hi Love! Are you planning on saving all the money? If so, I suggest putting it in a high interest savings account so you can get as much interest as possible. I compared about 7 accounts in Canada - EQ Bank is my favourite. Check this out: th-cam.com/video/IhEk2MGwM_w/w-d-xo.html&ab_channel=xoReni If you're looking to invest some of the money, consider opening a TFSA with your bank or an independent company.
Share your videos constantly, you are your own marketing firm! I share on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp with a promo video before every video. You capture their audience with a short snipped and they want to see more. Also, having great thumbnails and posting consistently helps. And make sure to tell them to subscribe! A lot of people won’t subscribe if you don’t prompt them. Hope that helps 😊

Difference between the term and amortization 3. You have 10% but you'd like to put down 20%, can you borrow the extra 10 and pay too?? 4. Maintenance. How do you handle the cleaning after an occupant has left, painting etc. 5. How much should a person have to start considering a purchase. No need to personalize this to yourself just general advise is fine

Found the house July 27 and put the deposit down. We got the keys pre-closing in October but didn’t find the right tenants til January. They have been there since January and I actually closed on the house in May 2020. It definitely doesn’t have to take this long though, the beginning was just me being lazy and not wanting to search in winter 😂
