Many people have told me these are the BEST bean burger they have ever eaten. And they don't even contain beans!!!I have even served them to regular people. :)
You can find the recipe on page 151 of The Secrets to Ultimate Weight Loss.
You can find the bean version of the recipe here: foodytv.com/recipe/chipotle-be... but it doesn't include the smoked paprika and I recommend cooking them longer on one side before flipping.
These are great served on buns made of potato waffles. You can find that recipe here: • Potato Waffles!
It really helps if you chill the batter before cooking and these freeze really well.
This is the final video from my old kitchen.
Thank you for watching. I'm Chef AJ and I make healthy taste delicious.
    Love & Kale!

I have tried to go vegan many times, and this is the first time I have ever heard some people don’t eat beans! It’s a relief to me as they cause a lot of discomfort to the point I don’t feel well... I will start searching ways to be healthy without beans! You have been a wealth of knowledge, love and encouragement- thank you for ALL you do!! God bless you!!♥️

The more you eat beans the more your system will get used to them, I am Hispanic we are raised on beans but when I became vegan I eat a whole lot more, and yeah my system did not handle it well but as my body got used to more beans and only beans sometimes I have no problems at all, beans are very healthy and good for your heart.

Start with small amount of beans, 1TB or so, build up a bit more everyday. Microbiome needs time to build up . The discomfort is because there aren't enough "good guys " in the intestines to complete digestion

I found that beans needed to be soaked a day and then washed to get the enzymes off. Canned beans are not presoaked.

Here in the uk many of us are trying to reduce plastic. It’s a pity you admit to being too lazy to chop onions, as that laziness from so many people is what’s causing the plastic problem. I buy loose onions and chop them myself. The waste skins go in the compost bin.

I live in an apartment with no outdoor, no compost bin or recycling. I also have a right hand that is not fully functional so It is hard for me to even hold a knife.

Thank you for writing about her shortcuts. By using the veggies from scratch it allows me to make homemade broth. Then I do compost.

Some people have limitations due to health reasons and if they don’t use shortcuts can’t make a recipe. Besides a lot of precut veggies are packed in cellophane which is biodegradable.

Yes, plastic is a problem. But for some that are sticking their toe in the water of plant based eating, removing barriers is a net positive, I think.

you say you need a "good pan" to saute without oil... PLEASE give recommendations on "good pans"... I've had the worst luck with non-stick
