Breathtaking Hike in Algarve Portugal | 7 Hanging Valleys Trail

In this video I hike the famous 7 Hanging Valleys Trail in the southern region on Portugal the Algarve. This hike may be my new favorite hike. It has impressive coastline, beautiful lighthouses, mysterious caves and wonderful sights and sounds the whole length of the trail. This trail starts near Porches Portugal and goes 6km to Carvoeiro. The hike is a one way hike. You could do a out and back or get an uber back to where you start. The beach where I started was Praia da Marinha and was rated one of the top 10 beaches in Europe. The hike also goes by the top of the famous Benagil Cave. If Portugal is not on your travel bucket list then add it because it is a best kept secret.

@@unofficiallatinamericanist I drove to the Praia da Marinha. I hiked the trail then actually got an Uber or Bolt back to Praia da Marinha. That was very cheap and easy to do. You also could get a ride share to the trailhead if you wanted. That way you can spend more time on the trail and at the beach. I then did a boat tour the next day to Benagil beach to see it. The tour didn't allow us to get off on the beach but we did go inside the cave.

This hike is 45 minutes to an hour drive away from Faro, Portugal. 😊
