Muzammil bhai the reasons such cases aren't reported in Pakistan is because of our 'face saving' culture, victims are scared of telling anyone about whatever happened to them kiu ke 'Mu Kala Hojaye Ga' badnami se derte hain, people would instead blame the victims that look 'ye to hae hi aisa/aisi'

My sister studied in a maddrasa and she told me that was worst place on earth She came and told my parents that owner of madrasa cleric used to touch her inappropriately but my parents accused her not that cleric My father is zia ul haq generation so i guess over life is over

Employing Qaris in modern schools won't lead to sexual abuse of children there. The real factor that contributes to it in Madrassahs is boarding. In boarding, Molvis get to spend a greater time with children. It also offers greater secrecy.
The point is we should not allow these sick mentality people to abuse our children in any way.
