But a really needy General Caste boy or girl can't get this opportunity. Rahul Gandhi you are the person who wants to scrap the 49% reservation system and wants to make it 51.... you are the person who wants to abrogate art 370 in JK, and you are the person who promised to pay remuneration for Abroad study only for Muslims (A discriminatory promise) what about other religions ?
