Hello 👋 I've had one of these for 5 plus years now, works well. Lately my controller displays all eights when I first turn it on & won't do anything else. What's goin on here? Thank you have a great day
Dear customer, sorry to hear that. Based on your description, the power board in your controller module is bad. Unfornatley, you need to replace this controller. For details, please contact Auber customer support.
I have a really basic question. What is the parameter to shut the kiln off? I'm using C03= 0 and T03 =0 The elements were still on, and it was saying 'Hold 0'. If the elements are still on it is not off.
In the timer of your last step, set it as "-121". There is a minus sign before 121. If you set timer as 0, it means it will hold at that temp forever. Please check the programming examples in the last several pages of its manual.
Thank you for your videos they are very helpful but do you have a video describing how to just if the actual temperature is about 60 degrees higher than the set temperature.
Sorry, we don't offer troubleshooting videos at this time. Can you confirm if your reading temperature (top display) is accurate at first? If yes, was your temperature always 60 degree higher than your set point, or jumping around all the time? If 60 degree higher and stable, it could be an overshoot case. Please try to run auto-tune at that temperature and see how it works. Auto-tune will tune your controller's P, I and D settings based on your temperature and based on your setup. You should have better control than before. If you still have issues, please contact Auber customer support for help.
you realize this is not really what people are looking for? They want to know how to set up a ramp and soak program, not what every symbol stands for. Example: the parameter for output limit can be set from 0 to 100. Is that volts? Temperature? Percentages? if % do we need to figure out what 50% output actually means by calculating something?
Dear customer, we have two tutorial videos for this ramp soak controller. This one explains how to program the ramp soak steps: th-cam.com/video/raxscrYmxhg/w-d-xo.html
Hello, how do I get it to auto-tune the pid settings? I've set the AT setting to 2 in the expectation that it would start tuning but nothing happens. It just kees flashing AT and the step 1 temperature. Please help...
AT indicator flashing means the controller is doing auto-tuning. You can check P, I and d values after the auto-tune process is finished. However, auto-tune cannot guarantee a best performance. If you need any assistance with manual tuning, you can contact Auber technical support team.
@@auberinc3934 I think the problem was that the first step had a low temperature so auto tune never triggered or something. I've increased it now and started but still doesn't seem to have tuned correctly
@@VTeslaV This a ramp & soak controller and you may have different set temperature for each step. Auto tuning can only optimize one set temperature at once. You can use AT=1 to auto tune the critical step when needed. AT = 2 will start automatically after 10 seconds.

Dear customer, do you mean the QR code in the quick guide in your package? The PDF manual is free to view and print without the password. The password will only protect this file from editing. I just tried to use my phone to scan the QR code and the manual is displayed properly. You can also download the manual from Auber websites directly.

The volume on this video is way too soft- I'm maxed out on system volume and video volume and can still barely hear it.
