I loved Joan Rivers she always spoke her truth no embarrassment
Problem is, she spoke on camera that Michelle/Michael Obama was a tyranny and everyone knew it.
Then she soon after "d!ed suddenly" and unexpectedly during some minor surgery.
That's the thing though , it was HER truth. We can have the same opinions on things, and that's okay , but letting other people tell you what to think and how to act or be isn't okay. Like fashion critics tell you what to wear ; I say , wear what you want , wear what makes you feel good about yourself. If it makes you happy , WEAR IT.

Was she some sort of talk show person? I never watch t.v. or movies, so am not familiar with her. Yes, I'm American, born and bred, but just never got into the whole "celebrity" junk, and am not knowledgeable about who's what or who.

If Allie sees this episode again, she will be devastated. Must be very difficult for them, seeing how close Rivers was to the family.
I think she will appreciate having these memories on tape. Even tho she died in a surgery she was old so she could have died from natural causes by now as many grandparents die

The way it narrated "With such a healthy budget" took me out🥴🥴🥴🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 like that is a high ass budget for a dress you're only gonna wear once. But all women do deserve to feel exceptionally beautiful and perfect for their wedding day. I hope every couples wedding is perfect byt more than that i pray that everyone is marrying for love and they put in the hard work and are able to make compromises and sacrifices that it takes to make a good marriage last. Bc marriage is a job and its one of the hardest jobs in life along with parenthood but they are also the most rewarding jobs.

Sometimes these salespeople baffle me with the choices they make for the bride. They pick the ugliest gowns for their clients,whist there are so many more appropriate/pretty dresses on the racks & mannequins. Even in the background there’s always other girls trying on something amazing. This girl had a $15,000 budget & put her in a nightie! I’m so glad Joan Rivers spoke up & put that saleswoman in her place. (In the nicest possible way of course). God bless her soul ❤😻
But those dresses are often very expensive. SHe had a budget of 15k and because they want the commission and higher profit they try to sell something close to the top of the budget even if there are less expensive dresses that the bride might prefer.
