I gotta say the family was right with every commentary they had. Those dresses were not it.
Was true, they just should of said it in a nicer way.
Absolutely. The dress was the best and fitted the bride perfectly.
Those dresses were so bad for her body. It’s Loris fault-her negating the brides size breasts war horrifying
I have to say, the dresses the stylist pulled didn't compliment her the way she deserved. What her family pulled complimented her much more and was stylish.
I don't think the consultant was very experienced
For reals, all the dresses were meh and definitely did not at all compliment the bride
I agree. The nickline on the first dress was not flattering and with the third one the waistline cut her in half. The second onee, well we won't go there.
Yeah I don't understand why she didn't pull more elaborate dresses given that she had 0 budget constraints and there's 600+ guests!
Honestly, I thought the final dress was just as boring as the others. And the rose dress was hardly plain
I love the way the first bride had an unlimited budget yet walked out with at $2600 gown. Way to go!
Yes but the dress was too plain.
She was so humble, it’s so rare to see!
@TrinhNguyen-sh4fj. She liked it. It is a timeless style. Not everyone wants bling.
@@catladyfromky4142I don’t like too much bling either but I don’t like it too plain too. But that is my opinion.
@TrinhNguyen-sh4fj plain looks good on certain ppl, just not her. She was too short for that big thick heavy dress.
The consultant did not pick out any beautiful dresses at all. The sister's comments were all spot on. The dress chosen was equally plain, or in tactful terms, simple = "classic". Oh well, her wedding, her choice.
4 in a row with the exact same silhouette. It would have been nice to see Dad's vision of her as a Greek Goddess, just as something different.
Yes and it would have been a chance to see a style of dress we usually don't see.
I also thought there would be some different silhouettes and fabrics, but every single dress was a replica of the previous. I would bet money they talked more about what she likes and doesn't like off camera.
EXACTLY. For someone with an unlimited budget and no specific style in mind, you would think this was a no brainier. I don't understand the fixation on the same boring strapless dress
Yeah agree. It got old fast
@@mariyamarkova5672 For a traditional greek wedding and the greek family, usually the bigger skirt is almost always better. It's why they didn't show anything other than a ballgown. There has to be a skirt on for people to pin gifts/money/etc onto.
The consultant was so annoying tbh.. the dresses she pulled out were below par.. Glad her family chose the right dress for her.. she looked beautiful!❤
This time, the entourage did a better job than the consultant did.
What a hilarious story. At first, I was creeped out until the punch line. This has got to be a first for sure. Gorgeous family with impeccable style. She looked amazing in the gown they all chose.
Loved her story about how she met her husband and this is one bride for whom her family's happiness was the style she wanted to wear. The dress itself wasn't that important. Wise girl.
Excellent way to phrase it.
for the first bride, the choices made by the consultant were absolutely delusional, never seen such picks by any of Kleinfeld's consultants.. the family literally chose a woow gown for her....jenny was i guess going for the money factor rather than considering their preferences.
Because at one point during the video she said “yes, this is exactly the silhouette I wanted” so off air she communicated that to the consultant before she pulled dresses. Personally I thought the dress she chose was very boring, no better than the first dress
$2,600 for a dress is actually pretty good, she looked stunning in it too
I feel like for a Kleinfeld gown it's cheap! I don't think I can remember a cheaper dress on the show, unless maybe from one of the big sales day episodes. It makes this show more relatable.
How they met and how he recognized her is just so beautiful
None of the dresses she tried on were nice.
Same opinion here too.
it's really shocking that the consultant didn't pull ANY empire waist gowns, didn't even step outside the ballgown shape, and ended up with a dress almost identical to the first one that everyone shot down.
Wrong consultant for her
@@Chanelnumber7394 any consultant who gives a bride the same style to try on over and over again is the wrong consultant for anyone.
I agree and none of them looked nice.
Inverted pleats are very underrated. They're very classic and timeless. I think the dress Stella picked was the best one she tried on. Dennis Basso is a good designer. I thought it was strange though that since Stella had no idea what she wanted at first, why the consultant picked dresses with all the same silhouette. Have her try on different silhouettes, maybe there's something that suits her figure better than a ball gown shape. Since her father wanted something like a Greek goddess, why not have her try on something with draping, a column shape?
Because at one point in the video the bride said “this is just the silhouette I wanted” so probably off air the bride told the consultant to pull that style
The consultant could have done a better job, I mean she picked three ugly dresses with the same silhouette and the cheapest fabric for wedding dresses (satin) while the bride had an unlimited budget and was open to all suggestions !!
Because at one point during the video she said “yes, this is exactly the silhouette I wanted” so off air she communicated that to the consultant before she pulled dresses
The consultant kept putting her in the wrong dresses- and all similar, she didnt show her diff styles. The family wasn't the issue it was the consultant just not knowing how to navigate the appt. The best thing she did was let the family pick out the dress.
Because at one point during the video she said “yes, this is exactly the silhouette I wanted” so off air she communicated that to the consultant before she pulled dresses
She had Unlimited budget, the picks could have been better....the family did an excelent job .
The entire family has good taste. I wish I had a family like that
It’s confusing to me because I thought it was just as boring as the others
An unlimited budget and those are the dresses pulled?! Wtf was the consultant thinking
The dress that Stella's family chose was simple but elegant!
Consultant is really bad
Yes!
I liked the shape of the rose dress on her! She was right.. the front of the dress looked better on her. All they had to do was stay with that Silhouette and find a different back. But of course she’s trying to please the family too..🤷♀️
Yes, exactly this. I thought the same -- that they should have looked for a similar dress without the roses.
The one with the roses was spectacular on her and so appropriate for a massive wedding.
Totally!
Not really.. I thought it was ugly and expensive.
@@TrinhNguyen-sh4fj u r absolutely right
I agree. I didn't like it, but it looked great on her.
But imagine sitting down in it 🤣 those roses would be smooshed all night
How can a bride with no style in mind decide when the consultant isn't choosing any other styles or silhouettes for the bride to see????
Because at one point during the video she said “yes, this is exactly the silhouette I wanted” so off air she communicated that to the consultant before she pulled dresses
To be honest i liked the rose dress. It was different and something you don't see over and over again.
It was a little too puffy in the back.
@@marthaarthur1364 it would be hard to sit down in for sure lol
@@dietotaku I guess i have to agree but i still liked it
I thought it was a nice dress, just not on her
I loved the dress with the roses! But that's just me, I love floral, it just wasn't to her taste.
With unlimited budget, they could have done far better. 1st three dresses were not good. The one everyone finalized is okay, but could have picked something even more better.
Yeah. The dress that was picked was kind of blah. Did you notice they added a bling belt. I liked it better with the plain sash. A bit more of something delicate on the veil would’ve been better
I wasn’t keen on the dress they chose but I’m glad family stepping in stopped the shop from trying to push the most expensive dresses they have on the bride with unlimited budget.
@@XeaRae all bc the shows are scripted
The budget is unlimited but once you get to certain higher price points the brides might get more picky . If there was a certain "dream" dress that she just couldn't get out of her head then she would be willing to pay more. But in this case she didn't have this.
Shows are scripted?!?! I never knew that. Seriously, that was your best reply. 🤪
The bride needs to love the dress because she should feel beautiful on her special day
The dress she wouldn't take off was the prettiest of them all. The bride had no say in picking her dress. Just sad. I picked my dress and lost a couple friends and cousins. It was my wedding not theirs.
I think the dress she didn’t want to take off would’ve looked better with a dropped waist
i agree with the family that it doesn't look good the way it just cuts off. you have ALL this bling on the top and then a hard line and a completely plain skirt? it doesn't look cohesive. at the same time i genuinely don't see the difference between the first dress they all hated and the one they picked in the end.
I liked it but the waistline cut her in half. If it was a bit softer then it would suit her much better.
“Hey your picture is hanging in my living room” What a way to introduce yourself 😂
I think that first Girl is so beautiful in nature, she could wear anything.
What a lucky Groom.
Second Girl was a lovely Bride as well.
Congratulations Ladies.
I love, love, love dress #2…so avant- guard and haute couture…definitely one of a kind!
15k for roses on your bum? 😂
I totally agree. She looked awesome in that dress. Since she liked everything except the roses and looked so good in the dress, I was surprised that they didn't try a similar dress without the roses.
OK- Raise your hands. How many of you have ever worked for a large Greek family who were financially comfortable?
I did for 23 years. I saw huge family weddings, Christenings, Sweet 16 parties etc. They were generous with me and I ended up Exec. Assist. to the owner.
This is not about Stella, her large, beautiful entourage, or her consultant, Jenny.
I "recognize" the family and it makes me smile. This is just the way it is, so enjoy the difference.
By the way. Stella is beautiful. She sparkles.
She has a great figure. But why did her consultant bring out gowns that made her look thick in the midriff? 🤔?
Financial comfort and excess are two different things. Spending like that (650 guests) is abhorrent and unnecessary. Why to show off that they have money? I’m sure people already know.
I wished for Randy to be there to say here is another shape to try.
@@marthaarthur1364Don't know if this is about showing off Or just a cultural difference. I suspect the latter. In many countries marriages are also a social event and the entire extended family comes in, not to mention friends, neighbours, .... It is a tradition - not a chance to show off.
@@sn.m to each their own
@@sn.m Maybe cultural thing. Indian weddings are also big and this includes poorer families also.
Some brides to be, take too many people to try on a dress.....
The consultant was of no help and yet she was "frustrated"
Personally, I loved the second dress! The shape and details on ot were beautiful
Me too
It was a beautiful dress, and she looked gorgeous in it. Since she didn't like the roses, I expected the consultant to show her a similar dress without them. I thought the dress she chose was a bit plain for such a huge wedding.
I love how they got teary over a dress that looked similar to the first (the only difference was that it cut at her waist instead of her hips which the stylist should have paid attention to), and has been done over and over and over again.
"15,000"
"For roses on your butt?"
Hilarious :))))
This bride is so strong. I couldn't possibly endure having comments from so many people. I would wear a plastic bag just to prevent my family from cashing their opinions in.
Her FIRST MISTAKE was not doing HER OWN RESEARCH…😑😑🙄🙄🤨🤨
This consultant gives off not soo experienced. The entourage I feel were spot on with the first 2. I did like the top of the 3rd one.
I guess this consultant doesn't know how to pick the right dress for her...
The last dress is so classic and looks wonderful on her!
That was absolutely the right dress for her. I think sometimes when you are having a huge and spectacular wedding, a classic dress stands out even more.
Hi Jenny. The family is right. Be patient and dont snap. You asking why why is a no no
Her husband is a blessed man, she is beautiful inside and out.
She is lucky to have him too. Why is it always the guy is lucky to have a woman?
It’s not about what the family want, it’s not their day!
this time, the family did know best
The bride is going to wear the dress, not her entourage. I liked the one that she adored. If and when my daughter gets married, I'll let her pick the dress. She's always asking for my opinion anyway.
if/when my daughter gets married, i want her to pick some dresses she likes and only ask me if they look good on her. and at least i know to give constructive criticism, like "this bit doesn't look good, you need x instead." then the consultant has a direction to move in.
@@dietotaku I wholeheartedly agree with you.
Consultant: “Really? I got Jackie?!”
Girl, Jackie picked out the dress 🤦♀️
Question. Have these people ever 100% agreed in her life? Not sure she’s mature enough to buy a dress
Why do people insist on bringing such a large amount of people when she tries on her wedding dress?? Then insist they all have to like it... Crazy!!!
The first bride settled because it was the one her family liked.
Don't agree. She said she loved & the fact that the family did too just helped. She said right up front the family all had to like it so I think she got the best choice, one SHE loved & they loved, too.
Ohmygoodness, that just made cry happy tears. Family is so-so important to me. ❤💕 in blood or the family you choose 💖
Beautiful video family communication and love is everything x
I think the same , the consultant wasn’t the greatest. She went to the same style.
Because at one point during the video she said “yes, this is exactly the silhouette I wanted” so off air she communicated that to the consultant before she pulled dresses
I vote the best love story ever. So sweet.
My daughter would never ever settle , but that’s just her personality
I am shocked and disappointed with the sales associate. She didn't have a budget or preference from the bride, but she put her in some pretty boring/outdated dresses. She could have asked her some further preference questions, assessed her figure etc. and then made some better choices.
i hardly ever like the more “unusual” dresses, but i thought the rose one was kinda cool 😂
Why don’t the brides just go by themselves? If you want what you want then it is best to go alone or take 1-2 people at most.
Classic example of being raised to be a people pleaser. She didn’t love the dress because she loved it, she loved it because her family loved it 🙄
Agree with you Karen, I didn't think it did much for her
I know a lot of girls are raised that way sadly.
She's marrying a Greek man...
i agree with you Karen
wow i cried for this one stella is gorgious
Randy is right about so many options. Besides, keep it small, then you won't let them sway your love of a dress and it keeps it under wrap so that the dress will give the reaction you want when you walk down the aisle.
This is the wrong consultant for this family.
Not enough experience.
I loved the party in the back dress 🙊
Consultant put her in super expensive dresses. I bet it’s more for the commission
The rose dress is unique and one of a kind !! Rose dress please !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My big fat Greek wedding! Loved that movie!🙏💐❤️
what exactly is the difference between the first dress and the last one?
Right, and neither one flatters her stomach/ hips.
They were 💯 right; all those first dresses were awful! The one she picked wasn’t spectacular either but it was much better than the others.
Did they find the ugliest dresses in the shop 😳
Perfect! The veil, too❤
Families...ya gotta love them! BUT they were all crazy, even if I did laugh at the "For ROSES on your butt?!?", comment. That particular dress was stunning on her, the top was totally made for her figure and was VERY flattering. At some point in time, concern for your family's opinion needs to be second to looking fabulous on the most important day of your life.
Damn that much drama after just 3 dresses lol
Omg that rose dress was both amazing and terrible at the same time
Some of these brides don't seem to want a single member of their family to have a surprise on their wedding day, they invite them all to choose it! Surely the whole point of having a stunning dress is to have everyone excited to see it and then make a grand entrance. It's not as if anyone is going to stand up at the ceremony and say "That dress is awful, what were you thinking?".
First bride looked amazing in the dress her family chose
The one that her family picked was the best
I did not find any of the dresses she tried on including the one she chose flattering on her at all. Hopefully it looked better after the fittings.
the 4th dress looked like the first dress lol
I feel like the consultant should've put her in different silhouettes, she didn't try hard enough
I’m half way in and I agree with the family 🙃. I think the rose butt dress had the best front but…… lol.
Let’s see how this ends
Thanks so much
I sometimes wonder when the bride has an unlimited budget if the stylist ignores the cheaper dresses (even if they're better) and just tries to sell the more expensive ones for the commission..
I think so. 😮
I have to say this time I think her family is correct. The bride loves the previous dresses may just because she is an easy going girl
The family were right! Wow!
The consultant could have found a dress similar to the roses dress without that backs. The bride stated she loved the silhouette and really fitted her the best.
I’m glad her family chose the dress because the consultant is not good enough to chose what is good for her figure.
Instead of the ball gown when the first two were a bust why didn't the consultant try A-line, or mermaid, trumpet, or fit and flair? Don't stick with the same silhouette.
With no style to help her?!? They litteraly gave her ideas and she has none?!
I felt bad for her but I agreed with all of the families comments.
No variety. The neckline, waist, the highly poofy gowns... did nothing for the bride. The family probably had a better vision for her. Lovely family. They really cared for each other.
The family picked the exact same type of dress…
The 3rd dress does nothing for her shape. Chopped her right in half.
Great example of a choice where less was more.
This gives me “my big fat Greek wedding” vibes.
Bride doesn't know what she wants, entourage says Empire and Greek goddess (both of which are high-waisted), consultant puts her in a bunch of structured, low-waisted dresses (that don't even look that good). Unless the producers specifically told her to pick meh dresses, I seriously question her selections there. Like, no offence, I'm sure she's a lovely woman but she was clearly off her game that day xD.
Because at one point during the video she said “yes, this is exactly the silhouette I wanted” so off air she communicated that to the consultant before she pulled dresses
The entourage supposed to support the bride. Not give their own opinion. They are not getting married. The Bride is. Their opinions are irrelevant🤭
They are there because their opinions are relevant to the bride.
Ngl, with an unlimited budget, you might as well have picked out one of Randy’s dresses
Talk about ‘my big fat Greek wedding’ in real life!
