I am grateful for the lesson. I wrote these conditional sentences. I hope they are correct. Zero conditional: if you add more salt, the soup is much bitter. First conditional: if i caught the flu, i will feel bad. Second conditional: if i had a new car, i could give you a ride. Third conditional: if i had read that book, i could have understood that topic. Greetings from Mexico.
I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR SUCH VIDEO TO COME. THANK YOU FOR EXPLAINING IT IN DETAIL. NOW I UNDERSTAND BETTER THAN EVER. LEARNING ENGLISH IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE SUBJECT. BECAUSE ENGLISH IS ONE OF THE MOST POWERFUL LANGUAGE IN THE WORLD. MAY GOD BLESS ENGLISH PEOPLE.
Thanks for such an exhaustive explanation, to be honest I've already watched tones of stuff about second and third conditional and still couldn't hammer it home, but your comparison example with lotteries made it a bit clearer to me. Thanks for your content, you're doing a great job, keep it up! And I'd love to get even more vlogs on your second "Anna Khoma" aka " The story we write" channel. Greetings from Ukraine, toodle-oo.
I’ve been waiting for an explanation like this for a long time. Thank you so much for all your dedication and effort in making this video. By the way, with all respect, you are beautiful, sorry but I had to say it. Thank you again!!
Hi Anna i am following you from Iran and my level has improved by your channel. and thank you. could you please make a video about passive form of verbs? thanks
If you had been learning with me, you would have been able to speak english by now ! Can I use continuous tense to stress that learning took long time?
If the sun sets , it gets dark. ( 0 conditional ) If the sun sets , it will get dark. You should stay home. ( 1st conditional ) If I were rich , I could get a new car. ( 2nd conditional ) If I had been rich at that time , I could have got a new car. ( 3rd conditional ) I hope these sentences are all correct. from Japan 🇯🇵
Hi Anna, could you recommend an accent/pronunciation coach? I've actually worked with John who you recommended in one of your old videos. It was very useful to learn phonetics, I've got a much better understanding of pronunciation, but it did not improve my accent. Pretty much he did not really work on my accent. Have you achieved your results by shadowing only or did you take more classes targeting the accent?
@@allo1579 hey) So, I pretty much was shadowing for the longest time, worked with John and also I took Hadar Shemesh’s course when I was only starting working on my pronunciation and accent

zero conditional: My English never improved if I did not get it. First conditional: if I do not use it, I will forget it soon. If she had saved the money, She would have bought something she wanted.
Dear madam, I congratulate you for your amazing lessons. But let me make a simple but very important correction. In the third conditional, you cannot use the expression 'by now'. It refers to the impossibility of a conditional state in the earlier past. That should never have any connection to the present. It is in your spoken language, not in standard English. See it for yourself and correct it. Regards, Joy isaac.
When I learned a theoretical grammar it was my favourite topic, and 16 English tenses too. I liked the name future in the past. I liked etimology and History of English too. Professor of linguistic logic Osipov.😂😂😂😂
