9:56 It’s from this game and plays occasionally when ghosts appear on cleared floors. It’s easiest to trigger on the great stage where ghosts will appear on the stage and dance to it, but I’ve heard it on other floors as well.
The song was also the song that plays on the record is the song from Amadeus Wolfgeist (when the ballet ghost come out.)

Some of the boos you catch here, like Booigi, return from the first game, having been freed when E. Gadd was captured.

The record player’s song at 10:04 reminds me of the part in the original Luigi’s mansion where the shy guy ghosts with the masks and spears are dancing.
Here's one you missed. In the king boo fight, after you stun him, the "dizzy birds" he has happen to be the dark moon.

10:06 that’s the music that Amadeus wolfgeist (pianist ghost) plays in the second part of his boss fight, with the ballerina ghosts. Amadeus is my second favorite character in the game so I was really excited to hear this and point this out.
There is an Easter Egg at the beginning of the game that I don’t see anyone talking about. Similar to how in the very start of the game if you get close or talk to Mario the game will play the iconic SMB Ground Theme; but not many people know that if you get close to Princess Peach in the lobby the game will play the Princess Peach’s Castle Theme from SM64 :)
The Toads squeak when they walk. This may or may not be a throwback to 1989's "The Super Mario Bros. Super Show" cartoon, as there were moments when Toad made squeaky noises, especially when jumping up and down.
2 neat things I found.
1. In the desert themed floor, If you suck up the sand in a room, you will find a genie lamp. Holding it in your vacuum will give you money and a gold ghost.
2. You can interact with Luigi and fling objects at him.

i've noticed a trend from the main ghosts from Dark Moon and 3, the main ghosts are allmost the SAME like you got your gloob and greenies where they just grab anything and everything to attack you, the big red ghosts of the game have a heart of gold while not in the influence of King Boo while being the heavy hitters, and the purple ghosts whom like to scare luigi but the purple ghost in the third game are the sneakers and the ghosts who grab you

If you stand at a specific spot on the ship in the spectral catch you can see a bit of bright red in the corner of the ship so captain fish hook is still haunting the ship even in his cage
Using the super suction in 4F, you can actuelly find an orchestra of ghosts, which, when you suck up, you find a tv that take you to a high ledge to get some cash.

On the final floor depending on what order you get the keys you will face 3 out of 4 possible battles before the final enemy guantlet which overwrites the battle associated with that room. My favorite of the 4 has to be the top left room where you are guided into a corner and when you look back you see every variation of goob (besides the sharkfin and dancing goob) waiting to beat up Luigi.
This is a bit buggy though as some repeated playthroughs ended up having certain fights get replaced with the Trapper ghost randomly in the hall, which i thought was the fight you got from the bottom left room.
Also, if you haven't used all the keys you can go to the elevator and you will drop all four of them as you enter. Whats fun is you can pick them up as Gooigi and you can actually see the color of the keys glow in him and even mix a few.
Of course the cutscene of putting in the keys varies on how many you have when doing it

If you go back to the music room after the poltergust upgrade there is a square cut on the stage that you can burst open and see a ghost orchestra.
also in the garden suites floor, when you go into the bathtub, if you turn the water on and wait under the fauset luigi will play an animation where he scrubs his armpits.
Another Detail: In the moments of the game where Luigi doesn't have the Poltergust yet you can see his back hunched like he is wearing it

Hi Nin10doland, I figured out what the music is on the 15 floor in this video. The music on the music player is from the Amadeus Wolfgeist boss fight when he plays the classical music.
On 3F in the shop with the suitcases where you can smash the glass, if you smash the table where you get the suitcases a to the point where it flat, it will go back up and pour a lot of coins.
That song is the song when you are defeating the ballerina ghosts.

45: Ballerina Goob/hammer theme
Also a funny detail I forgot about the enemy guantlet in the music hall. After the first dancing hammer is defeated 2 more dancing hammers appear along with other ghosts, some of which are Oozers which will throw various foods like popcorn from the seat high above ground level. I believe its a little reference to people in theaters who throw their food towards the stage when they are displeased with the performance.
I had saw that too and thought, oh great, hecklers.

There is another Easter egg. In the room with the cake eating ghost there is a book and you can place it in the bookshelf to reveal a gem. AND also the gem acting up the ghost is ANOTHER reference to Dark moon when the gem was used to break the Dark moon and act up the ghost.
