Shelia E’s pure stamina on percussion and then singing and dancing, jumping and literally running around stage and jumping up and down platforms. At who knows what age after so many years of being an artist and entertainer. I’m in awe, I hold space for her continued health and well-being.

I miss Prince so much. His music was some of the best of the 80's and beyond. I played Prince songs everynight back in the days I was spinning tunes. He made my job so easy!I Loved by all.
But I'm still glad there was a Jimi. Based on his version "Spanish Castle Magic" in this concert, Prince doesn't have the type of voice to do Jimi's song's justice. Of course Prince had a far better voice overall, but not for Jimi songs. And make no mistake, Hendrix was one of the best songwriters of the 60s. I love Prince, but Jimi's songs were more impactful. Just about every well-known guitarist - and Sting - has covered "Little Wing". Prince's songs are so tied to his persona, and the originals played with such a high degree of musicianship, that they tend not to be covered by other artists.

Me to i have been to only one of his concert i wish i could have been to more of his concerts but me and my friend did go to see purple rain every single day from the time they put in the movie theater till they stop playing it in the movie theater i know them people that worked there must have throught that we was nuts
I’ve heard about these long concerts he did. However, I went to one in 2011. It was the last city of his tour. He still was great. But, you could tell he was tired and he just wanted the concert to end. The whole concert was barely 90 minutes long. It was pretty disappointing, TBH. It’s as if he he decided to leave right in the middle of his set. It was very weird. The newspaper in Seattle even mentioned this

I would have loved to have caught this tour. For all the Wendy/Lisa/Revolution noise, no other woman played or collaborated with Prince more than Sheila E, who was still doing sets with him in 2010. He truly respected her as an artist.

This Concert was a gamechanger and is by now considered to be a Historic Event in german Pop-Culture. Dozens of Celebs, Politicians, Athletes and of course Artist attended it, and it was talked about for years, as an example of true, masterful Musicianship in Times of Music going downhill.

Me to i have been to only one of his concert i wish i could have been to more of his concerts but me and my friend did go to see purple rain every single day from the time they put in the movie theater till they stop playing it in the movie theater i know them people that worked there must have throught that we was nuts
I’ve heard about these long concerts he did. However, I went to one in 2011. It was the last city of his tour. He still was great. But, you could tell he was tired and he just wanted the concert to end. The whole concert was barely 90 minutes long. It was pretty disappointing, TBH. It’s as if he he decided to leave right in the middle of his set. It was very weird. The newspaper in Seattle even mentioned this

I would have loved to have caught this tour. For all the Wendy/Lisa/Revolution noise, no other woman played or collaborated with Prince more than Sheila E, who was still doing sets with him in 2010. He truly respected her as an artist.

I was just one of the millions people lucky enough to attend one of his concerts. Prince, my (and many other I suppose) all time favourite musical genius.
This Concert was a gamechanger and is by now considered to be a Historic Event in german Pop-Culture. Dozens of Celebs, Politicians, Athletes and of course Artist attended it, and it was talked about for years, as an example of true, masterful Musicianship in Times of Music going downhill.
