      Not surprised.
Besides if I tell the real skinny on what happened.
      a. I might in up in federal jail
      b. If I do they won't believe that it actually happened. But API and & Reuters is truthful. LOL
My Military ID indefinite expiration date I D card is not good for commercial airline flights.
But I can fly space A on military flights.
Not that I fly any more. Not medically advisable.
So which is real? The one that says Identification Card, Property of the US Government or the one that states it is a Driver License..
I bought one and the other is issued. Oh and I do not know of anyone that has a issued indefinite US DoD ID that is not a US citizen.
I can understand why it is not acceptable. You have to have US government permission to copy it.
Maybe that standing up thing and swearing to upholding the Constitution and that other thing about foreign & domestic is also too disturbing.

You continue to allow the government to force you to register your personal automobile as a Motor Vehicle. The only authority given to the government( both State and Federal) is to regulate commerce. The legal definition of a Motor Vehicle is a convaence of commerce. The only authority they have is to regulate those that are using the roads for commerce. It’s been proven in more than dozens of court cases. Oh! But I don’t want to be hassled by cops all the time! Grow a pair, stand up for your rights! Wake up sleepy, lazy, sheep!

Liberalism is impedement to intellectual capacity to use. The problem with this man is he cannot accept the fact that he is not a citizen. As per video, all his DL from liberal States were "temporary" with different codes. Then TN busted him when he applied for the "real one" because all he got from other different states were for "non-citizen" DL. He could not provide citizenship as a requirement for the "real ID". When i applied for my DL, i had to bring my "naturalized citizenship certificate" given after the oath taking. He should have that "certiticate" if his parents applied him for citizenship or would have the record with Immigration office. Liberal mentality lacks common sense like you. The state isn't the bad guy. You have to provide proof of citizenship or legal residency for real id. It looks like his parents just never reported the birth aboard.
If you are born aboard(Canada here), your parents have to submit a "Consular Report of Birth Abroad" which shows you got citizenship at birth. At which point you will be issued a US birth certificate. This was true when he was born. If this was not done then you must submit an application with your foreign birth certificate and proof of citizenship for your parents(you can request their birth certificate). This isn't to give you citizenship which you got through your parents but to get proof of citizenship and it won't take years.

This just happened to my husband as well. Born in Scotland to US military dad and American born mom. Served in the military 20+ years and held high security clearance. Has had a drivers license in Massachusetts, South Carolina, and Arizona. We moved to Mississippi, and he went to get his new driver's license and was told he's not a U.S. citizen. He, too, was told that he would need to apply for citizenship. In doing so, one of the requirements he would need to bring in his parents. My husband is 65 😂 Needless to say, he did get his drivers license. He just went to another location.

We discovered my oldest daughter wasn’t registered as an American properly when we were trying to enroll her in school. It took 12 years, three different lawyers, the intervention of a US Senator and tens of thousands of dollars to fix it. And when our own consulate asks for a copy of her passport photos AND the $75 “processing fee” for the 17th time, you start to figure out why our immigration system is so intentionally broken and corrupt. Unfortunately my wife was killed in a car accident before she was able to witness our daughter being confirmed as an American citizen. However, if he wants a passport he needs his parents Certificate of Naturalization and his birth certificate to prove he is a citizen.
