This Tool-Assisted-Speedrun is nowhere near optimal, I fixed the revisit portion causing me to lose over 2.5 minutes.
I also found out after I made the first TAS, you only need one revisit.

Ah, there's some last thing that helps A LOT. The spikes are non-lethal in this games(just some exceptions), and it's pretty generous from the creator.
