If you are used to using a phone with higher specs and have found yourself in a position where you need a new phone, do yourself a favour and give this a miss. Going from an HTC One (which isn't without its issues I must say) to this has been torture and I don't use that word lightly. Every time I try to load images on the internet and see a pixelated mess I find myself fighting the urge to introduce this thing to a wall at a frightening speed. Every time an app crashes I have to stave off my interest in determining just how waterproof it is. This phone is so infuriating, that if I were to plot how many times I use swear words in a day vs time, you would see a remarkable increase following the purchase of this noisey paperweight. I swear I'm also going to need glasses soon because the screen is so tiny and the only way to see text at a reasonable size means having web pages zoomed in so far you have to scroll side to side more than a typewriter. If an iPhone 6 is a Ferrari, this is a smart car, small and not doing anything fast. In summary, If you are below the age of 50 or to any degree tech savy, avoid this like ebola. If however you are elderly and want a smartphone so that your grandkids are excited to see you while also being able to make some calls every fortnight, this phone is perfect, just remember to install temple run.
Awww its so cute! Right size, wrong UI though. If it had a screen reader that was as good as the iphone so the screen didn't need to be read it would be the champion! Us blind folk use screen readers but even those who have perfect vision may appreciate them if it means the phone can maybe be the size of an ipod shuffle!
I got this phone the day before starting year 7 when I was 11 and I dropped this thing more times than I can count, dropped it in the toilet a few times, dropped in the sink even more times and some cunt from school once threw it over 20 metres onto concrete in the rain. The damn thing is sitting in my coat pocket as my backup after FINALLY getting a replacement on my 16th birthday. It's still just about usable to this day (although I broke it's headphone slot somehow, the only reason I accepted the replacement.)
I plan to use this one as a bike computer. I now use Galaxy Ace for the job but this one has Bluetooth 4.0 so it will be compatible with sensors like heart rate, cadence, speed.
I like this. it looks like a very good device for my mother. she is not high tech at all not really looking power using. I think I might give it a try.
That phone as indestructible as the nokia 3310, I still got mine after mine several falls I want samsung to bring back this phone, many of us grew up with this phone

It has absalutly amazing storage, so you can have LOADS of apps, Fair enough it has a small screen and not a front camera, but it is a amazing first phone, or a phone for geeks. It is very helpfull iswell. I phone 5 and down are complete SHIT. they have shit charging life, oh amd also another thing, the samsung pocket neo has FANTASTIC battery life. On i phones, it costs loads to fix the screen and iphones have barley any app storage, so they always crash. I rest my case.

Hey, of course the phone is EXTREMELY small with the design is a little bit childish. If it's not for you, don't bother buying it and complain about it. Samsung is doing their best to create a cheap, small, android phones. This is very good for young teens or children that loves to use android. They can just use them for gaming and stuff. Maybe samsung is just making phones for kids. man.
They can play some small games, Temple run, etc. Don't try to play big games like asphalt and stuff. But i think its still okay for someone new to android or just want a phone that can be brought anywhere as it just fits snugly into your pocket rather than a big-ass 6-Inch phone that absolutely won't fit in your pocket.
WARNING:THIS IS A LONG RANT I got this phone as my first smart phone after a BlackBerry and it was okay at the beginning when I didn't know better. it was super cheap but did what I needed. soon I got more into social media and photos and TH-cam and it got a bit crap. the camera needs perfect light and if it does I actually took 3 decent pics( one being the crashed car on the profile photos section of my account) . I won't recommend it unless it's super budget. it's super strong and takes falls no problem screen is plastic so yea.... eventually I ripped mine apart and put it back together multiple times and it still worked. to the point I would go up to my friends with there new like m8's and be like " oh cool but can you do this? " and strip the phone to a motherboard in seconds. I died cause I cut a ribbon connecteR inside to kill it... I feel bad now but o well. I think to all the parents who want to troll their kids on a budget... buy this for them and claim it's a s3 mini.... or at least that's what mine did

+Olivia Evans right here's what to do.. take it apart (few screws in the back) and disconnect the ribbon connector or damage it the big one else is the easiest to break is the big one utility if u want to be undetectable damage the small one.. put it back together and wait for your new phone :)

No, I would recommend a Sony phone, like Sony Xperia M or L. Honestly, you wouldn't regret it and you will like it far better than your Blackberry. I have a Sony Xperia and I have no problems with it at all. Also, the camera and the screen quality is excellent on most Xperias.

This phone sucks, apps crush and lags often, very slow and not smooth at all, sensitivity is low and it regularly becomes unresponsive, sometimes active apps gets killed unexpectedly and returns you to your stupid home screen that takes time to even load... its frustrating when it comes to reading on the internet because you always have to zoom in to see the words clearly,also this phone makes simple task such as texting a nightmare! How do you disable the "Double Tap to Unlock:" when making a call? my talk back if off, reset it to factory setting but it is still there. so annoying!

I had the Samsung Galaxy y which were very good phone have no problems just one time send buck to Vodafone the 3.5mm but I had this for 3 years no problems ;-)
This phone is terrible, broke down on me after 4 months and gave me issues the same time. Calls going in an out, turning on and off without explanation, slow download speed etc etc. If you need something short term for cheap this is prob your best bet but definitely not in the long run.
This is the worst phone I've had. I am having terrible trouble putting phone numbers in accurately because the keyboard is so small & although I have followed instructions on the internet, for adding a phone number to an existing contact, it's not working for me. I'm so frustrated, I'm crying. How do you put a 2nd phone number in a contact? I tried typing phone number first then I'm supposed to select the contact it goes in but it doesn't come up. I tried adding the second phone number when I put the first phone number in but only the second phone number show, so did the first one disappear or how do I bring up both numbers? Hate this phone. My precious Nokia had a touch screen, which I wasn't mad about but at leas it had a key pad for inputting numbers & you could go directly to a contact to add another number. They have complicated the hell out of things with this phone.

If priced a bit lower would be a perfect secondary phone with google sync. The issue with budget phones is no phonebook sync.

dude, its a pretty nice phone for its price but if you want to play games, i dont highly recomment it

I had the Samsung Galaxy y which were very good phone have no problems just one time send buck to Vodafone the 3.5mm but I had this for 3 years no problems ;-)

This phone is terrible, broke down on me after 4 months and gave me issues the same time. Calls going in an out, turning on and off without explanation, slow download speed etc etc. If you need something short term for cheap this is prob your best bet but definitely not in the long run.

This is the worst phone I've had. I am having terrible trouble putting phone numbers in accurately because the keyboard is so small & although I have followed instructions on the internet, for adding a phone number to an existing contact, it's not working for me. I'm so frustrated, I'm crying. How do you put a 2nd phone number in a contact? I tried typing phone number first then I'm supposed to select the contact it goes in but it doesn't come up. I tried adding the second phone number when I put the first phone number in but only the second phone number show, so did the first one disappear or how do I bring up both numbers? Hate this phone. My precious Nokia had a touch screen, which I wasn't mad about but at leas it had a key pad for inputting numbers & you could go directly to a contact to add another number. They have complicated the hell out of things with this phone.

That is a totally uncalled for remark. What's your problem? Why can't I be upset with my phone? I also fluke it everytime I send an sms. I'm not sure which button to press. You young people wonder what all the fuss is about but I'm nearly 67 & have only used Nokia, which I loved. No need to be so nasty.

Why would you buy this low end device if u can have a good midrange to high end spec android from a non popular brand? I haven't tried that though but getting this toy is like a waste of money.
